I will say that there was not a huge crowd there, so that made it feel more relaxed than last time. The sitting area for parents is much more comfy as well. They even added massage chairs that feels amazing might I add. The concession stand was good as well. Sent in pix of the gc, the literal receipt and explained the situation to Urban Air's customer service online (a fucking joke), and they verified yes I had $100 on the gc & to go back to the Cordova to get it rectified. Now everytime I try to talk to a 'manager' at the Cordova location, they're busy or not in. I don't have time to drive all the way to this fuckass park to not get anything taken care of.
