Ruined my child's birthday!!! Went on a weekday in the afternoon with a small group of respectful homeschooled boys. We were almost the only people there and the rule enforcer staff made it their mission in life to correct the boys in our group. The staff glued themselves to only our group as if these were bad kids that needed extra watching. They blew their whistle or verbally corrected them at least once every few minutes for the hour that we stayed. I was watching the group and they were not doing anything remotely deserving of so much censure. My son was miserable because they were not allowed to have any kind of fun whatsoever. We ended up leaving after an hour with a bunch of very disappointed and upset kids. I spoke to the manager before leaving and she told me, "Sorry, we have extensive rules for each section from corporate." All I can say is that I have been to this location many times and NEVER once seen these corporate rule enforced in such a strict way. We will NEVER come back and I would highly recommend against wasting your money on this location, especially for a birthday! read more

My family and I went to sky zone to celebrate my aunt and my boyfriend's birthday. My boyfriend has a disability which requires him to be in a wheelchair full time but we would have had no trouble getting him up the stairs as we do it all the time. Upon getting to skyzone we were at the front desk and the worker tells us he cannot jump, looks back at her coworker to confirm what she has said and then says "he cannot jump because he is in a wheelchair." Me and my boyfriend just leave because at that point he's already embarrassed and I'm pissed. The worker was extremely unprofessional and rude. she didn't even think twice to ask if we were able to get him up the stairs or offer any solutions just point blank told him he could not jump because he was in a wheelchair. this type of unprofessionalism disgusts me and I sincerely hope there are consequences. read more

Great fun. Lots of trampolines, fun dodgeball, climbing walls, Block pits, Super fun place for anyone who just wants to have fun, great food, basketball goals, Super fun and Not Boring. Overhead place for adults and kids to sit. read more

This is my 3rd SkyZone to try. If you haven't tried a SkyZone yet...do it!!!! My favorite thing to do is the dodgeball. There is also basketball, volleyball, and more. If you don't want to jump, play in the hurricane wind machine, play virtual dodgeball, or relax in a massage chair. Don't forget to sign a waiver in advance! read more

Family atmosphere. You must fill out an online waiver form before you jump, but once you fill it out, it's good for a year. You can do it online before you get here if you don't want to wait for an available computer. The different jump areas are well-staffed to make sure everyone gets a turn. Parents can wait in various areas, including a second level where you can observe what's happening. Concessions are available if you get hungry. Overall, it's been a good experience and we'll definitely come back. read more
