Never buying from again. I ordered a pair of US10 NB 1080s for my collegiate training 2 weeks ago…read moreand it started by them sending me 2 sizes below what I had actually ordered. I go to return them and I exchange for size 10.5 since that was all that was conveniently available. I find out they run large, so it just wasn't going to be compatible and I needed to return them (not anybody's fault, but simply a characteristic of some NBV shoes I didn't know about prior). Apparently when I was expecting to be in and out, I had to wait 4 hours in Dick's on my Sunday afternoon, having to constantly call customer support because one of the employees messed up by entering my exchange incorrectly into the system when I originally returned it, and I ultimately was the one who had to suffer. None of the employees knew what to do, so they kept passing it on to different staff members until eventually the manager referred me to customer service. It took 3 calls to get the information I needed because every time it would be a new person. 2 of them would refer me to somebody else, (also a completely new person every time) but they too would often make a mistake when trying to find a solution for me. As a customer, I have no idea how dick's database system works, so I think I should at least have been accompanied by some employee when calling customer service to make the exchange smooth - however this was not something the employees were willing to do. Eventually after a grueling effort, they finally work something out which lets me return the size 10.5s and order some size 10 shoes. I was already a frustrated about having to go through the 14 man bureaucracy in the dick's exchange process and the inconvenience that it was driving back and forth to it but ultimately it was something I was willing to let go. Well today I finally receive my package, only to find that they sent me a used left 10.5 alongside a new right 10. Smaller suppliers like fleet feet may be pricier at times, but I've never had such an atrocious let alone inconvenient experience when I've shopped there. Clearly that is where I will be taking my purchasing to next time.

What I was not aware of was Steve's sincere interest in assisting his clients with the undertaking of golf club discovery. It was truly a collaborative process with Steve playing the role of observer and advisor. We came across "track man numerical analysis" that clearly showed new equipment could improve my accuracy and distance. But when it came to the driver, the analytical numbers observation indicated there was no need to spend money for very marginal statistical improvements. We pulled the trigger on a combination of irons and hybrids, and a putter. Steve worked hard to not only look for potential improvements in my golf game, but also kept my financial interest in mind. In so doing, Steve earned my trust as a respected Master Fitter and Advisor. Most bays empty but still waited 20 min…read more Waited in upstairs bar which was empty except for 6 or 7 employees at end of bar socializing & ignoring customers. Tables & floors were dirty. No acknowledgement from any staff. No effort to clean tables even though was obvious we were looking for clean table. Got beer from bar. Warm. Called to our bay. Was absolutely filthy. Monitor said "Your bay has been cleaned & sanitized"! Would've been funny if it wasn't so gross. Wish I took photo. Crumbs, spilt food, puddles of liquid on table, floor & seats. Thick nasty grime on table legs & feet. Obviously not been cleaned in ages. I wanted to leave but spouse wanted to hit some balls. He found a rag & spray bottle & cleaned table & seats himself. We intended to order drinks & food but didn't because of how dirty place was. With such a low standard for cleanliness, can't imagine kitchen was sanitary.. Or the bathroom. Music played constantly. Loud, frenetic & teen oriented. Top Golf is not a place for real golfers. Not a place you'd go regularly. It's really an event space or place to party. But with the filth, lack of service, inattentive staff, I wouldn't host or attend an event or party there. Management should be ashamed. I intend to write corporate office. Do not tell me to contact you personally as you tell everyone. Doesn't ever appear to be any improvement as the bad reviews are consistent & go all the way back since Top Golf opened.
