And if you need to verify something with the doctor that is fine but don't accuse the patient of lying and call them out like a entitled guardian of care. How about you learn to be the bigger person as you are the receptionist and it's literally your job. And Angie maybe spend less time gossiping on company time with your coworkers about other people and focus more of yourself and becoming a better person because you have ALOT of work to do. They're all just getting paid for nothing, extremely lazy. Every time I try to call, it is extremely difficult because they never pick up the phone. One time I asked one of the employees why it's so hard to reach them by phone, and she just answered, "We're busy, you're not the only one calling!!!!" But every time I come in person, I almost never hear the phone ringing, and that's because they set the phone to silent!!! I have never seen them being truly busy, except for being on their cell phones. Every time I do blood work, I am supposed to be called within at most 3 days for the results--whether it's fine or if I need to come in to see the doctor if there is something serious. But I almost never get called unless I take the initiative to call and ask for the results. And they can immediately pull up my results and read them to me. When I ask why I was never contacted, they always say, "We just got the results from the lab," and this is just bullshit!!! Even when I come before my appointment time, I still always have to wait at least 1 or 2 hours before being called in. What I can say is that all the employees there are super lazy and useless, they don't care about the patients at all. Dr. Kim is basically okay, nothing special. I actually liked PA Song more, but he no longer works there--I don't know why. And until now they still don't have another PA. I have decided to switch to another doctor because I can't take it anymore.
