I called and spoke to the owner and explained my disappointment. They came back out reviewed what was done and agreed with me the work was bad. They had used an outside contractor who did not meet their standards. They tore it all out and redid the whole driveway. I am very happy that they stood by their promise of quality work. I had received a personal recommendation to use them. They are a company of integrity and good work. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was due to the delay in having the job done. After promising to redo it there were many delays.

They left bags of garbage in my crawl space. The contractor I hired to finish the job found their used tyvek suits in the crawl space as well. 3. They didn't actually remove the mold where it was agreed upon. 4. They left rotten wood in the floor and wall. When I asked about it they said it was just "wood stains" but the wood was wet and crumbled when touched. It wasn't stains. 5. I had standing water in my crawl space and they didn't bring it up to mitigate. I would have added to their work order and given them more business, but they failed to mention that it needed to be drained and how bad it was. 6. They don't offer restoration services like their website claims. They will leave holes in the wall and floor/crawl space. Rats came into my home from the openings that they didn't cover. 7. I had to hire another company to fix their work and finish the job. I will never hire Restorx again.

The porch sank and the stairs were slanted PLUS there is straw hanging out all over and holes with straw hanging out. The exposed aggregate was not exposed, white and chalky. Grooves were raised and posed trip hazards, parts had no support. Cracked in 1 week. Almost no straight lines, crosses were chipped out, edges were rough and showed the forming. Concrete was left in our yard, our irrigation, flower beds full of slag. Roadway left with concrete on it. Shoe marks and dripped concrete on the new driveway plus they chipped out part of it while trying to remove expansion material. No clean-up was done - left for the homeowner to do all of it. This has been by far the worst experiences we have had as homeowners. Multiple other contractors reviewed the project and advised that it needed to be re-done in its entirely. Request was made for refund which was ignored. Do not hire for exposed aggregate and do not pay until completely satisfied.
