Parking here deserves its own Thai massage because it will have your stress levels through the…read moreroof!!! We literally drove in circles 5 times before finally claiming a parking spot!! Yay, victory!! We booked a 1-hour couples Thai massage with Mona and Bee, and once the massage started, all that parking nuisance disappeared. I asked Mona to attack the stubborn knots in my traps, and wow... she ironed those things out really well!!!! It wasn't exactly gentle, but that's how I like it!! By the end, I felt loose, relaxed, and about 10 pounds lighter from all the tension. Yes, they do step on you, but only after asking first, so don't panic!! Afterward, they served hot tea and rice crackers, which was the perfect little cooldown. And please, tip your massage therapist well!! They work hard, and making people forget life's chaos for an hour deserves some love!!! A few things I'd do differently next time: * They provide shared shorts and an open-back tank top. My microbiology brain couldn't stop thinking about it, so I'm bringing my own clothes next visit. * Hubby had a reaction to the massage oil/balm. Whether it was the product itself or possible cross-contamination, we'll just bring our own balm next time to play it safe. * No hot stones. Not a dealbreaker, but it would've been a nice bonus. For just $55 for a full hour of Thai massage, it's honestly hard to complain. Our regular spot in San Diego costs quite a bit more. Despite my little gripes, the massage itself was fantastic, and we'll definitely be back, this time armed with our OWN boxer shorts and massage balm!!!

Highly recommend. I've been here a few times now and I'm never disappointed…read more First: can't beat the price - $55 for an hour massage is hard to find. Second: so far every masseuse is great and very professional. I was a little taken aback the first time when they handed me some boxers shorts and half a shirt to put on but doesn't bother me at all anymore. Lady's if youre worried about being exposed, from my experience the masseuse keep you covered pretty well. Can be weird at times hearing clients in the next room - as the rooms are only separated by a thick curtain. If noise bothers you, bring ear plugs. Massage always ends with a cup of fresh tea and some crackers to enjoy.

Easy parking, spotless facility, kind staff, and excellent food!…read more I'll definitely be coming back! I loved how clean and well-maintained this spa was. Even though it's on the smaller side, it's honestly one of the best Korean spas I've been to. Most of the staff spoke Mandarin, but everyone was friendly and welcoming. For only $40 (6 hr limit), I left feeling so much more relaxed. When you first arrive, you'll be given wristbands for your lockers and clothes to change into. Once you enter the gender-specific changing area, phones are not allowed. You'll also need to be completely unclothed while using the showers, jacuzzis, and steam rooms, which is standard for Korean spas. If you're not comfortable with that, you can skip those areas and head straight to the main lounge, where phones are allowed. The lounge has several heated rooms along with one cold room, making it a great place to unwind. One thing I'd ask is to please be respectful and keep your voice down since everyone is there to relax. The cafeteria was another highlight! It serves some of the best Korean food I've had at a spa. It's a little on the pricey side, but I highly recommend the seafood pancake. It was absolutely delicious, and their banchan (side dishes) were delicious. Next time, I'd love to come back and try some of the additional spa services!

I'd like to think of myself as somewhat of a spa enthusiast. A connoisseur might be a stretch, but…read morea spa lover nonetheless. The Spa Hyu has quickly earned a special place in my heart and may have officially become my new favorite Korean spa. Some of the K-spas I've loved over the years have unfortunately become overcrowded and overpriced. I booked the body scrub and massage package for $130, which includes about a 20 minute body scrub followed by a 40 minute massage. While it's certainly not the cheapest treatment out there, I think it's an excellent value for the quality of the experience. The body scrub left my skin incredibly soft, and the massage afterward was the perfect balance of therapeutic and relaxing. Another detail I really appreciated was the quality of the products they have guests to use to shower before using the amenities. It left my hair and skin feeling squeaky clean without that stripped, dry feeling. Instead, my skin felt incredibly soft afterward. If you fall in love with the products like I almost did, they're available for purchase at the front desk. One of my favorite perks is that spa admission is included with your service. Otherwise, admission is just $35, which is well worth it if you're looking to spend a few hours unwinding. The co-ed area (spa uniform required) features a restaurant, several heated therapy rooms with varying temperatures, and plenty of comfortable spaces to lounge or even take a nap between sessions. I'm a sucker for aesthetics and I love the design elements they used throughout the space. The facility overall is clean, peaceful, and well maintained, making it easy to lose track of time. Whether you're treating yourself to a service or simply enjoying the amenities for the day, it's a wonderful place to recharge.

Good massage, professional, and stress relief. I have been coming here for years. Theread more

I called to make an appointment with Jason because his name was mentioned of the 29 reviews that…read morethey had but they said he doesn't massage men. I asked them why not ? They said he just doesn't want to. Now there's the problem, a certified masseur isn't sexism ( sexual discrimination), now you know he's NOT a certified masseur because if he is, he won't discriminate against people, male or female. Or maybe in the past " too many inappropriate touching from the guys " so he doesn't massage them anymore, only massage the ladies now. lol we all been there. So the guy on the phone said there's other male masseur, so they said Van is really good too. They always lie just to get you in. When I get there, Van was already in the front waiting for me, I guess business was really slow that day. He took me to the room, it was nice, clean and bright light. Van was in his late 60's and had no massage skills, he was pushing so much, I was like thank Buddha I only pay for 60 minutes lol I haven't even turned on my back yet and the noise level was horrible loud, you hear the boss lady talking to her employees, the customers talking loud, everyone walking back and forth, you can hear their shoes dragging. I felt like my room was right in the middle of all these commotions, I couldn't relax even with the bad massage. When I turned over to my back, I see the door was 5-6 inches cracked open, I can actually see people walking by as I was turning over !! Why pay for a private room when they don't close the door completely ? Then Van put a cloth over my eyes and I can see that the room was really bright. He didn't even massage my face and went straight to my arms and legs, couple of chops and I'm " finished " got dressed, Van waits in the front with a tiny cup of water that is not even a full cup. I still tip him $20 for the hour. I would NOT recommend coming here. Go to Imperial Massage on Lemon instead, same price better quality and so much quieter and quality and they offer hot tea. I'll cum back if Jason gives me a 2 hours massage, what you say Jason ? And I'll let the public knows those gossip isn't true about you. I could cum over, outside of the establishment if you want. Let me know. Thanks. And good luck to the new customers going there to waist their time, money, gas and patience. I'll only cum back for Jason, because he's got the best hands... to massage....is not what you think you perverts, or is it ? lol
