Once you enter the gender-specific changing area, phones are not allowed. You'll also need to be completely unclothed while using the showers, jacuzzis, and steam rooms, which is standard for Korean spas. If you're not comfortable with that, you can skip those areas and head straight to the main lounge, where phones are allowed. The lounge has several heated rooms along with one cold room, making it a great place to unwind. One thing I'd ask is to please be respectful and keep your voice down since everyone is there to relax. The cafeteria was another highlight! It serves some of the best Korean food I've had at a spa.
