All washed correctly. Chicken has has the deep red color to can tell it was Marinating overnight. The level of care that goes into the plate you receive under ten min will have you satisfied for hrs. You can also place orders from the road and pick up. Hrs are from 10 am to about 9 PM good food is not all night long. if your in the area give it a try but tust me you wont be disappointed.

I ordered two birria tacos ($5 each) and consomme ($5). I immediately squeezed the lime over the tacos and ate them. the tacos which were finger licking good. I decided to eat the consumme the next day so I stored it in the fridge. the cold consomme becomes a block of jello. I flipped it into a pot and warmed it up. It was a beefy broth with 2 slivers of beef. I'd skip the consomme next time.

They seem to have very limited online presence; no website that I could find and an IG account with no info or posts. So for now, it's a bit of a mystery when and where they will pop up. I happen to spot them parked in front of the Jax & Co Food Hall in LIC this past weekend. They've been operating for about a month and are still flying under the radar. I tried their Dirty Matcha ($8.50/large) which had espresso, matcha and coconut milk and one of their Cheese Steak Mini Bun ($4). The drink was quite good and perfectly balanced. I loved the addition of the coconut milk which slightly tempered the bitterness of the matcha. The mini Cheese Steak bun, however, was just okay. For four bucks, it was quite small in size and I probably would not get this again. The filling tasted fine but not what I was expecting of a "Cheese steak" filling. I really hope they set up their website soon or include info in their IG--it'd be great to know where they'll be each day. If they did, I'd definitely be more likely to check them out again. Funnily, they are on Fantuan so you can order any of their drinks through them for delivery.

It's a popular truck, so depending on the time of day, there may be an associated wait. You can call ahead to offset some of the time. I took a star off, possibly unfairly, because they seem fairly expensive. More important, they don't have prices listed, which makes me feel they can charge whatever they like.
