George was a great help. He tried different charging cables and still they fall off my phone's port charging so I just decided to get the simplest iPhone 13. George was very helpful assisting us with the paper work and he transferred everything to my new phone... what a difference, I have yo get used to the face recognition security code. I left and went down to the Infinity Comcast store to pay my cable bill and an employee in there helped me in about 30 seconds with my phone as they also have phones . I was ready to switch but I called Verizon and their excellent customer service talked me out of it with a discounted bill and for being a 25 year customer. for a Verizon company store I recommend the one in the Village Shopping Center in Corte Madera.

They didn't ask him or us what we were coming in for if they had they could've told us they couldn't help us and sent us on our way. This time I moved from an iPhone 14 Pro to the iPhone 17 Pro. I was amazed that all my apps appeared just as before--I only needed to sign back in. Even with nearly 100,000 photos and videos, the transfer finished in about an hour. Incredible! I've interacted with several staff members at this location recently, and they've all been knowledgeable about iPhones, accessories, and the customer's point of view during transitions. Each one has been professional, respectful, patient, and personable. In particular, Aiden anticipated my needs and guided me through the transaction with clear, straightforward instructions while handling the purchase itself with great efficiency.
