We knew they had the best instrument rental plan in Arizona because they had so many 5 reviews. They carry all the major brass and woodwind brands like Yamaha, Bach, Selmer, Eastman, and Backun. For guitars they carry Fender guitars and Gibson guitars plus Martin guitars and Taylor guitars. Since their HUGE music store is in Mesa and we live in Glendale the best part was we used their online rental service and they had an option to pick up the saxophone rental and violin rental at one of their 23 partner rental stores all over Maricopa County or one of their Educational Representatives could drop it off at the school for us. SUPER CONVENIENT! I highly recommend Milano Music Center !

While I was in town visiting my son, he mentioned that there was a music store not far from us that he'd like to visit. I wasn't prepared for the size of this place-it's far more than just a "music store." He had a gleeful look of awe as he admired the selection of brass instruments and was able to play a few of them too. He'll be ready to make a purchase soon, so he wants to know for sure which one is just right. If you don't quite know what you're looking for, or need some elevated service, you might find someone, you might not. It's a more laid-back approach to customer service-we had to seek someone out for help. But I suppose I prefer that over an in-your-face sales person trying to close a deal.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL…read more I tried to call the business to inquire about guitar lessons for my daughter. On my first attempt, the call picks up but there was no intro from the person on the other end, so I said, Hello?" Then the person on the phone hung up abruptly. I call right back and a male's voice (assuming it's Jimmi) answers the phone with just, "Hello". No greeting or mention of his name. Confused and unsure I dialed the right phone number due to the off-putting greeting, I asked inquisitively, "Who is this?" Then he said very rudely, "What do you need?" Thrown off by the unprofessional response, I asked, "Are you the Guitar guy?" He replies, "Yeah, I'm not doing this!", then hung up on me. If Jimmi can be this impatient and unprofessional, imagine how he will be when it comes to your kids. You see only the rave reviews listed but what about the reviews that did not get publicized where he gave up on the kid and his mentoring was a ineffective? Look into more reputable guitar instructors rather than this bum.
