When we got there, Daniel greeted us, and we did both the assessment and planning appointments ( he had us waiting 10 minutes past our appointment time for the planning appointment) with him. We later found out that it wasn't $300-$400 a month for 4 hours a week, but rather $360 a month for 12 months, covering 96 hours, and they run a hard credit check. This means she would be getting 6 months of tutoring for basically $360 bi-weekly, which felt misleading. I'd rather go to a tutoring place that doesn't do a hard credit check and is upfront with their prices. Additionally, Daniel was rude when I tried to discuss my daughter's needs; he would cut me off and talk about himself not even addressing or acknowledging what I just mentioned about my daughter.

The only time I met with the woman from Odyssey was at the VR office. She told me to sign different forms. Some of the forms were dated 2-3 months in advance. A few months later my counselor assumed I was meeting with Odyssey every week. When VR called and asked about an interview a week ago I was confused :-/ I never had an interview. Odyssey claimed I applied to 30+ jobs in two months :-/ really? Odyssey was a waste of my time and they really upset me and my VR counselor.
