I called Kyle to get necessary information about my battery he said, "Why don't you drive over here first rather than getting it taken care of in Fargo, you might save having trouble on the way?" How often do you encounter folks that put the customer first as Kyle did. Of course when got to the Alexandria store Kyle was waiting and we were on our way soon thereafter. This small country store has more guns and ammo than some of the highly touted big city stores. New shipments come in all the time and they are willing to put you on a watch list for that certain gun you have been looking for. It is definitely worth the drive. You will not be disappointed. Again, great people and very knowledgeable. BTW.....nice offerings of fishing and other outdoor gear.

On Monday, June 4th they told me they were "back ordered" (see photo). It took them 5 days to bother to tell me that they were out of product??? HORRIBLE customer service, definitely asleep at the wheel over at Speedy Worm headquarters. When I contacted them the next day to tell them to cancel, they changed their mind and told me they found some worms and they could ship the following morning. So they shipped the poor little worms, and I finally got my product on Thursday -- a grand total of 8 days from beginning to end. Needless to say, I could have driven to my local Petco a couple hundred times in the amount of time it took this whole fiasco to play out. The ONLY good thing is the worms came alive...but it took 8 days. I could have walked to Alexandria and it would have been faster. I'm not mad that you were out of worms, Speedy Worm. This was my first time purchasing worms online & was unsure of what to expect - will the worms die during shipping?, will the worms be uber-small? etc. I ordered 250 European nightcrawlers during the weekend. Euro's are bigger (around twice the size) than the more common composting worm, the Red Wiggler, which makes them more ideal for bait. Red Wigglers do have the advantage of living longer & reproducing faster. I was notified the shipment was mailed Monday afternoon w/ tracking number and I received them today, Wednesday. I am well pleased. All the worms were lively & large. I recommend Speedy Worm for people interested in starting their own worm composting bin. It's very simple to start & requires little attention.

It was a Saturday, and I called Fleet Farm auto to see if they could help. They got us right in, got the tire off, and cleaned everything up on the hub and stuff, too. They were super nice, only charged us 20 bucks, and we learned that they price match on tire prices. This is where I will go from now on.

He wears a men's medium and found a t-shirt on sale rack for $14.99. I found a hoodie on sale also. They had lots of other college items including luggage tags, stickers, pennants, etc. I also found a regular price NDSU t shirt for $20 and some NDSU stickers. There are other colleges there too such as UMD Duluth, Michigan, U of MN and St Cloud State. At check out the tagged t shirt rung up at $22, it was marked $20 and was immediately fixed. Scheels employees usually always say Hi upon entering the store. I wish Scheels would expand more in the Minneapolis St Paul Metro. Eden Prairie seems to far to drive. They also sell my favorite Feetures socks.

Unfortunately the older gentlemen that is manager is just so lazy and always looks like he's depressed and mad at the world. I heard that he makes people uncomfortable, especially those that work with him. One of the gentleman that works there told me that the older gentlemen manager ran into bathroom and about 10 minutes later he ran to use the toilet and opened the stall door to use it and the older gentlemen manager was using bathroom and didn't lock door and it all made him uncomfortable need better management. Selections are ok but this place never has shoes in my size WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NOT EVEN A DEAD RAT
