Not only did they do a wonderful job removing main bearing walls and installing new doorways to open and brighten the house, but they also corrected and perfected several issues left behind by a previous contractor. From the initial proposal to the finished work, every single aspect of the project has been first class. Price, workmanship, clean-up, and communication were all exceptional -- especially important since I'm not always on-site. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Big thanks to Kermath and his team for inspecting & correcting the electrical issues that were previously left and overlooked. I highly recommend Chris Helms & Pintail Builders to anyone considering updates, renovations, or a full build. I will definitely have them back for future projects! Chris, David, Peanut, Jeff, and Kermath -- you're an unbeatable team whose professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication to perfection are second to none. Your attention to detail and commitment to doing things right has truly impressed me. Thank you for transforming my home into something truly beautiful! Pintail Builders 443-614-3206

Without my AC unit working - I needed a prompt repair (NOT an emergency repair) for tenants renting my condo. I didn't expect a charge of almost $600.00 on a name brand 4 year old unit. I feel I was taken advantage of! They were polite and responsive and got my ac working. However - based on trusted information from another out of town HVAC repair person who was in my condo the week prior to my AC going down, it seems clear to me that I was overcharged and taken advantage of! I was never told payment would need to be made remotely while I was in California. I told the repair guy I would mail a check upon an emailed receipt when I returned home. The problem was a bad capacitor. I was overcharged for the part,... then charged an additional $280.00 to add refrigerant that the technician "questionably" claimed I needed. I have since mailed the a check for full payment, along with their business card that I not need in the future.
