All of this to say I then avoided doctors like the plague and said things like "well they say they are practicing, I will wait until they are good at it..." Then two very different people in my life both recommended Jennifer Huddleston, and let me say this, I could not be more pleased. Don't know why others are having a hard time with the appointment process, I made mine online. Confirmed with Patty, was sent a link to fill out forms and upload documents - great. I was gobsmacked when I arrived at the office, a few minutes early, checking in and thought I would have time to check emails, alas I did not. Was taken right in, had a thorough intake process, then met Jennifer, who spent 45 minutes talking to me about all of my concerns, leaving no stone unturned. A plethora of blood work, mammograms, and all the things I needed have been ordered and are happening. On a separate note, if you are looking for posh offices this is not it, they are clean and serviceable which is all I care about. I would rather have excellent customer service and a professional who actually cares about what is happening with me, and is willing to listen to all my concerns. That is what rates with me.

After being unsatisfied by my previous primary care providers due to always feeling rushed and dismissed, I am really glad to have found Dr. Livingston. The appointment did not feel rushed, she asked many questions and also listened to my concerns seriously. She is very knowledgeable and gave feedback on what could be done / tested on my concerns & what wouldn't be helpful, and she also help set up any follow up tests necessary. My only wish is that it's easier to find appointment availability as I had to book months ahead, but I think that speaks to how great she is! Although it was just my first appointment, I'm looking forward to working with Dr. Livingston as I feel like she genuinely cares and will take care of her patients! Also front desk is efficient & friendly even though they were very busy. It was easy to book other appointments with the front desk.

I arrived already 10 cm dilated, and the doctor came in while things were pretty chaotic but handled everything very calmly. I wasn't able to get an epidural in time, but she still advocated for me and supported my request to try, which meant a lot. She also guided me through different positions to help me push more effectively, which made a big difference. I especially appreciated her communication when our daughter's heart rate was dipping during contractions. She kept us informed and gave us a thoughtful heads-up about possible next steps without making us feel rushed or pressured. Very grateful to have a healthy baby and such a smooth recovery so far!

Being told "there's nothing else you can do," "it's all in your head," and "you'll just have to learn to live with the pain." We've been through multiple surgeries, diets, medicines (daily shots included), BiPAP machines, therapists, neurologists, psychologists, and the list goes on. Dr. Aliabadi gave our daughter something she hadn't had in years: HOPE. Hope that she'll have less pain, closer-to-normal body functions, fewer stares from strangers with her skin issues, and hope of a chance to live a life without being in constant pain. My wife and I were in tears at her excitement and optimism and at the prospect of a treatment program that could change her life despite nearly being convinced that no such thing existed. Dr. Aliabadi took the time to get to know her on a level no other doctor or physician has ever taken the time to do. She handled all the testing in-house rather than being referred out to other testing facilities and back and forth with labs that often lose our records. She also referred her to someone who may be able to assist with her neurological challenges, literally texting the other doctor during the consultation. She's made an incredible difference in our daughter's life and in our family's. We are beyond grateful for Dr. Aliabadi's expertise and for giving us hope.

When my delivery came a little earlier than expected, Dr. Rogers didn't just stick to the standard 6 week checkup , she created a 2-4-6 week followup plan to make sure I was recovering well and feeling good. She also gave me great recommendations for classes, therapists, and other resources, and referrals which really showed how much she cares about her patients beyond just the medical side. If you're looking for a super hands on OB and a team that truly goes on the journey with you and makes sure you're okay every step of the way, Dr. Rogers and her office are amazing.

However, her office staff are slow to respond and when you do get someone on the phone they are condescending and unhelpful. I had an extremely hard time confirming my initial appointment. Most doctors offices these days send out reminders via email or text at least a week in advance of your appointment. When I did not receive a confirmation or reminder I reached out to the office by phone and email multiple times and no one responded to my emails or voicemails. I did not want to take time off of work for an appointment that wasn't confirmed and when I finally got someone on the phone I could practically feel her rolling her eyes at me as she told me they only confirm the day before. Okay, fine, but they could have emailed me back or called me back to answer my question instead of ignoring it for a week. Then I was billed three times for the same amount over the course of three months after I had already paid the bill. When I called the office to ask why my check hadn't been cashed and I was still being billed, the staff answering the phones was incredibly rude and told me to "take a breath" after I calmly explained my issue. I had already left a voicemail about the issue a few days before and no one called me back. Save yourself the headache and find a practice that employs responsive staff that can schedule effectively and bill effectively.

But when called to sign up we were told (surprise) no classes at all were available. In fact, no new class cohorts were even on the horizon. I have zero clue why they dragged out our expectations. No clue why they told us multiple times - even as of last week - that we could join no problem. Yet really they didn't even have classes to sign up for! Overall, this place seems very disorganized. And the people you talk to on the phone do not actually even seem to know what is going on with their own classes. They just sort of tell you "sure" and then let you down.
