I explained this insurance was for widowed military spouses and kids and I would even help, she was even more RUDE put me on hold without even telling me, came back and said no they still would only provide a super bill. This place is SO rude, I wouldn't want to go somewhere that can't accept an insurance for widowed military spouses and kids. Wow.

I really like that they will almost always be able to fit me into the schedule at my soonest availability. We have seen almost all the Pediatricians who practice at this office. I find that they generally are great about spending time with the patient and answering all my parent questions. I never feel pressured by the doctors about our medical decisions.

Getting an appointment was easy, the receptionists aren't overly warm, but I didn't have any rude behaviors or mask drama like many people have reported. They do still require all patients to wear masks, and when we forget them they quietly hand us all a mask and we go in. The office is older but clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are clean and always stocked which is nice. They don't have books or toys which isn't an issue for me, but for parents looking for distractions you might want to pack a few. There is a fun fish tank in each office to keep little eyes entertained while you sign in or fill out paperwork. Our kids have seen Dr Turner who I was pleasantly surprised with. She was calm and had a very welcoming demeanor which made it easier for my kids to warm up to. She took her time listening to them and addressing the concerns they had. We never felt rushed or unheard in her presence. On one occasion my son thought it would be funny to put a piece of fake dog poop on the chair as a prank. When she walked in she totally rolled with it and was so silly with him. She scored extra points for that!! She places orders quickly and is easy to contact which is also really nice. All of the nurses/LVNs have been amazing. They take their time and really practice patient centered care. One nurse even did breathing exercises with my daughter when she was panicked. It was beautiful to see and warmed my momma heart. One issue I did have, which is why I removed a star, is there don't seem to be any systems in place for victims of abuse. This is very concerning especially when children might be accompanied by an abuser and they are unable to advocate for themselves with the person in the room. Other than that I recommend this place.

It truly feels like you're surrounded by people who genuinely love what they do and care about the children they work with. I especially want to recognize Lina and Lacy. They are absolutely wonderful! Lina has given my children their vaccines, and she is so quick and gentle that my kids barely have time to get nervous. She has such a comforting way with children, and they actually LOVE seeing her, even when they know they're getting a shot! My kids have always handled their vaccines so well, and thankfully, they haven't experienced fevers afterward. Of course, every child is different, but I truly appreciate how comfortable and cared for my children feel in their hands. I also really appreciate how seriously this office takes everyone's health and safety. They are very intentional about keeping the office from becoming crowded. Usually, there are only one or two patients in the office at a time, and you don't really cross paths with other families. It feels like they've created a system that helps minimize unnecessary exposure and the spread of germs, which gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. Lina and Lacy have such sweet personalities and know exactly how to make children feel safe, comfortable, and at home. My children adore them, and that says so much. This doctor is very thorough, he takes his time. I did not feel rushed and all my questions and concerns were not only answered but listened to carefully and addressed to the last detail. This doctors staff is also very kind and friendly, super helpful and they always answer the phone(my last pediatrician almost never answered) My son has some sensory issues and is shy but he had no tantrums or hesitation in dealing with the staff or doctor because he felt at ease and that in itself is worth a million dollars to me. I am a very VERY picky mom, I want the best of the best for my son, and I was very impressed with this Doctor and his staff, I totally recommend them.
