Pinged with an inquiry via yelp two days ago. Yelp states their average response time is 3 hours but I never heard back. Their service may be good based on the other reviews, but it's disappointing to not get contacted back. read more

We sincerely appreciate her efforts and dedication in preparing and filing an accurate returns package. Their pricing is fair for the quality of their services and expertise. I was looking for accountant nearby who could save me the hassle of filing personal tax. Tina was professional and details in work. She was also very friendly and offer reasonable price. They also open on weekend during busy season. (Just in case anyone could get confused like me, "Christopher" is the owner and name of firm, but Tina is the CPA at Irvine/Tustin office). read more

It was my First time to file tax return last year. They are super professional and provide great service. They speak both English and Chinese, which is nice for me to communicate with them effectively. Tina also introduced some tax laws that I didn't know to help me to get tax deductions. I will let them prepare my tax return this year as well! Highly recommend! read more

I was going to use TurboTax to file my tax but nah.. I decided to not go that way cause you never know what will happen. So it was almost close to the due date to file for tax and I was desperately looking for a legit accountant. So I found this place and called immediately to book an appointment. I came by and talked to Tina. I told her about my situation as being an international student, would I be able to file the tax? She explained in more details and just asked for my basic information. After that, I paid for the fee (I think it's a bit pricey but..see below for the reason) and she told me she will email me with whatever that was still needed. So I went home and completely forgot about it. Then Yao emailed me a few days later saying that she has filled in everything for me and just needed me to review before filing them electronically. It was easy and quick. I asked her to file for my sister's as well and she gladly did it. I got a little problem with my federal tax but after everything was handled, I got my tax return in just a few days!! So to get the tax return that fast, I think the fee would not be a problem and is all worth it. You don't have to be frustrated and stressed out. Yao is very patient too. I will definitely be a returning customer for years to come! Happy customer here :) read more

Yao under the expert supervision of Tina at their Irvine office saved the day! Our bookkeeper failed to file payroll tax reports or pay taxes during all of 2016. It definitely put us in a bad light with the IRS even though we had set the money aside in advance and were not playing any games. Yao tackled the issue and worked tirelessly to bring us into full compliance. I was amazed at her almost instant responsiveness to my emails whether during regular hours, after hours or on weekends. Doesn't the girl ever sleep?? A tremendous asset to Christopher Huang CPAs. read more

I had a terrible experience with another CPA last year because he did not have much experience with working with clients from other countries (filing tax gets really complicated when you have funds and assets overseas), so he messed up my tax return form and I ended up had to pay a penalty. So this year, I have been super cautious about finding the right CPA, helping me with my tax return. Thanks to my colleague, she recommended Tina to me. It was a great experience from the minute I walked in the door, the staffs were friendly, and Tina was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions, went through my forms, and corrected all of my mistakes. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with her. I recommend Tina to anyone that needs professional, knowledgeable, and friendly tax advice. read more

A friend of mine recommended Tina to me, I consulted with Tina and she responded and gave me a quote really quick. Then her colleague Yao helped me for my tax return. I sold RSU and ESPP in my previous tax year but my Form 1099-B doesn't reflect the cost basis correctly, I made a snapshot of my trade history and Yao made adjustment based on this. The whole communication process is comfortable and efficient. read more

First time customer. Worked with Tina, and she is really helpful and responsive. Great work!

My husband and I scheduled an appointment to meet with a CPA here. We went into the office, took a seat at the round table, and were greeted by the most angry, rude, unwilling working professional we had ever met. Right from the beginning, she was just glaring directly at us, her potential clients, making us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Her tone of voice was shockingly rude. It was evident she did not want to proceed, so we asked if there was another CPA we can work with and she shot back saying she was the manager there and that we could leave if we want. All of this unfolded within a 2 minute time period. This is my first Yelp review and I hate to leave negative comments about anyone, but I feel obliged to share one of the most negative and alarming experiences we've had for anyone who is considering this office. read more
