I was going to use TurboTax to file my tax but nah.. I decided to not go that way cause you never know what will happen. So it was almost close to the due date to file for tax and I was desperately looking for a legit accountant. So I found this place and called immediately to book an appointment. I came by and talked to Tina. I told her about my situation as being an international student, would I be able to file the tax? She explained in more details and just asked for my basic information. After that, I paid for the fee (I think it's a bit pricey but..see below for the reason) and she told me she will email me with whatever that was still needed. So I went home and completely forgot about it. Then Yao emailed me a few days later saying that she has filled in everything for me and just needed me to review before filing them electronically. It was easy and quick. I asked her to file for my sister's as well and she gladly did it. I got a little problem with my federal tax but after everything was handled, I got my tax return in just a few days!! So to get the tax return that fast, I think the fee would not be a problem and is all worth it. You don't have to be frustrated and stressed out. Yao is very patient too. My husband and I scheduled an appointment to meet with a CPA here. We went into the office, took a seat at the round table, and were greeted by the most angry, rude, unwilling working professional we had ever met. Right from the beginning, she was just glaring directly at us, her potential clients, making us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Her tone of voice was shockingly rude. It was evident she did not want to proceed, so we asked if there was another CPA we can work with and she shot back saying she was the manager there and that we could leave if we want. All of this unfolded within a 2 minute time period.
