Let me start by saying that I purchased the tree base and when applying it to the tree, I added water to it and found that the base was completely cracked. No big deal, right?! WRONG. I drove it back to them to return it, and they refused to take it back. Two young gentleman working the tent did not even entertain my concern and instead directed me to a number that proved to be futile. This is not how an owner should operate a business, what happened to attentiveness and trust? To make matters worse, my tree completely browned in just a few short weeks. I'm well aware of proper pine tree care, and on my years on earth this has never happened to me. Two independent terrible experiences from this company, next year I will go to Home Depot like the rest of my family who's trees are still lush and green. It's a shame, I truly did want to support this business but as an owner you need to have return policies in place, sell a good product, and have customer service skills.

After spending some time at Home Depot, we stopped in looking for something refreshing to cool us down, and their smoothie selection did not disappoint. Tons of options and sizes to choose from. A little on the pricey side, but honestly worth it. I tried the watermelon, strawberry, apple, ginger, and lime smoothie. I was expecting it to lean sweeter with more watermelon flavor, but it had more of a tangy kick and it was still so good and refreshing. My husband ordered the papaya, strawberry, and apple smoothie and wow... absolutely delicious!!! The whole place just has such a fresh, relaxing vibe the second you walk in. This review is for Aldi in Homestead 11300 sw 248 st…read more I just filed a complaint about scales in the produce area weighing different from the scale at the cash register. I did file a report today. I would like to know why your scale in the produce section shows the tomato weighed a little less than 1 pound, but at the cash register, the scale says they were 1.37 pounds. That's just a rip off -highway robbery. My case # 01860984. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford the price of groceries as it is. I do not need Aldi robbing me too. I just received an email back telling me they can't do anything about overcharge. This is not about overcharge. It is about improper weighing of your scales - this is totally unethical. EVERYONE SHOULD BEWARE AND CHECK THE WEIGHT OF THEIR PRODUCE AT ALDI.

Aldi The grocery…read morechain Aldi has made steadied and welcomed upgrades since they came into the South Florida Market. This store in Cutler Bay is no exception. This store is large and bright and well stocked. It was renovated last year, like many of the Aldi's around the area. They have worked hard at improving the produce section. Many of the items are organic and the prices are extremely competitive. Finding quality meat is easy too. They were one of the first no-frills grocery stores. And they have done an admirable job of keeping that ethos. Very much like their sister store, Trader Joes (owned by the brother), Aldi will not have every single item on their shelves. And things do come and go. Especially seasonal items. So, if you like something... stock up. It might be back next year. It may never return. If I am out doing grocery shopping I will make Aldi's the first stop. This location has a large parking lot. So, it's usually painless to find a spot. If you find what you're looking for chances are the price will be the best around. Get your staples up, and then head to another chain to round out the other bits you need. Aldi deserves a visit.

We pressed the help button and she remotely stopped it. We waited, she was the cashier. While waiting instead of finding out what was wrong with our check out she just keep ringing up customer about 3 more ignoring or need for help. We press the button 2 more time when she raised her hand and said wait rudely not calmly as if we were bothering her. She continued checking out 2 more people as they lined up so I started to pushing the button and each time she immediately canceled the request. After push the button about 5 more times she shoved the seat back and stomped over and said in broken enlish "what" and thats all she said and pouted mad that she had get up and fix an issue she had. When I asked what her name was she refussed I said I want to file a complaint she ignored me. I located the manage and she refused to give me her name too, which gave me the impression is was her hiring of a friend of family memeber so she was protecting her. For months maybe a year I avoided any contact with this ugly employee at the register or on the floor. When I saw her on the floor I stocking the shelves she was throwing things or roughly handling things as if she didn't want to be working there. I would walk away not interested in the things she was throwing around. Today I had another run in with this ugly rude person. When i walk out the store I saw a cart and the cart was back at the return cart storage and saw a quarter left in the cart jacket and my thought was someone just left it there so I went over and pushed the key in and took the quarter. As I am walking away that same old rude employee lady start yelling at me as if I did something criminal I turned around and heard her say it her with the other person quietly standing next to her. She continued to yell at me as I am walking back so I yelled at her to STOP YELLING AT ME LIKE I'M A CRIMINAL, she tells me in spanish to quiet down so she starts making remarks in spanish I yelled at her and said I remember how rude you are and she cough up another attitude, so I just called it like I saw it and said you a B... What did she do she called me a BITCH too. I said yes I am a B... I kind of know how she retains this job considering the comment are common here as being a rude store, its because the store manager keeps her there and is most likely friends with as even the manager refuses to give and information about her to report her to ALDI's complaints. Just because this store is close to my home I shop there, but the first store to open west of there had the nicest employees and helpful and when I go to that store today they are much more help and responsive not like this store. This old rude lady is hurting aldi's customer relations, I can't see why they don't read these comments down the list and figure that out.
