We carefully watered and cared for the tree that was placed in the coolest part of our Miami Shores home. It started shedding almost immediately. It was brown and bare by 12/7 and trashed. We attempted to call the owner. He didn't answer. We sent pictures along and he did not stand by his product. I can't stress enough do not buy a tree from these people, wait a few days there are several reputable places in the area that may not be the first to market but will not overcharge you for a diseased tree.

Their prices are insanely affordable and they have a great selection of costumes. They're discounted costumes probably purchased from retailers the year prior, which I actually love. I recognized many of the costumes from Spirit and Party City that I had been eyeing last year. I am hoping this little gem pops up every year because it's the only place I have seen with affordable Halloween costumes. It's located right behind the city plaza so you can get some shopping in, grab a bite, or watch a movie after you check out the activities. Also, their selection of pumpkins is AMAZING. They have pumpkins of all shapes and sizes. They had a few humongous pumpkins that were fun to take pictures with! They also have some activities for kids like painting and a blowup slide. This is a great place to take your child for some holiday fun.

Premium trees at other tree lots (like the one on Old Cutler and 177 st) are $105 for that size. The trees here are nice, there is a big selection and the service is quick... but the same goes for the tree lot on Old Cutler without the 63% markup. The stands here are 38% more expensive than the stands at other tree lots.

Upon arriving, there is another prominent sign which lists their items sold and separately priced and displayed. I asked for a Christmas tree base. He told me they weren't sold separately. NEITHER online NOT on site is there ANY display notifying customers that you can't buy anything here if you don't buy a Christmas tree. And when I brought that to his attention, he rudely said while gesturing with his hands outwards, "Well, I'm telling you now." I def didn't come here to get anything sold to me by Mr. Scrooge. So Bah Humbug, sir! Learn customer service and decency towards customers.
