When I tried it on the same day for a Halloween event, I realized all of the accessories were stolen and it was just the dress. I immediately called when I noticed the stolen pieces and was told by a woman who picked up that I could come and return it. Coming back after two days, I'm told at the desk that all costumes are final sale and that I cannot even exchange for a different costume, nor return in perfect condition (I never wore it since I noticed it was missing items). I understand it's not the employee's fault, that the owner relayed that it's final sale, but it's ridiculous to not even let a customer exchange when the costume was missing most pieces to begin with.

What I love most is that I can donate goods that I may have thought about tossing, because someone's garbage is another person's art supply! For instance, I just got a string of lights that I want to hang in a dark corner of my home. I found this amazing ball of thick string and webbed colorful materials that I've now made into a chandelier. Their postcards are also so cool, and inspiring me to make other projects. The staff is always so nice and helpful, and when I've looked for something specific for a project, I've always found someone that is willing to help me out.

Over the past 25 years, Resource Depot has kept an estimated 95+ tons of materials out of landfills, all while raising environmental awareness. As an educator with a limited--or sometimes non-existent--budget, a place like Resource Depot is a lifeline. Schools often can't provide enough supplies for students, and what little remains in the resource closet has to stretch for weeks or months. In the thrift area, I found an incredible variety of affordable items: games, holiday decorations, books, home goods, art supplies, faux florals, ribbons, artwork, and more. The paint alone was worth the trip! If you want to see a child light up, just offer them the chance to paint--fortunately, they had the Crayola washable kind I needed. Shopping is flexible and budget-friendly: a small bin is $5, a large bin is $10, and if you purchase eight large bins, you get one free. Teachers also receive a 15% discount on regularly priced items (not bins). These are prices anyone can afford. Resource Depot is truly a gem, and Palm Beach County is lucky to have such a creative, sustainable, and community-focused resource.

She also did not have any make up on. She looked like she slept in her tattered costume and rolled out of her car after a night of binge drinking. I could forgive all of that if she had any personality once so ever. She did not keep the kids entertained nor did I get to take pictures as promised. She also had a Spanish accent, which clearly Elsa does not. I was so upset that I emailed the company after the party and asked for a refund which I was NOT given. They offered me 50% off a future party but after that why would I even hire them again, and throw in the poor customer service. All of the parents were telling me how I should get my money back, even the kids were saying she wasn't real they could see her hair. I would have gladly paid double for a better entertainer. It's not the money but the principle that I did not get what I paid for. You would think for $150 a hour Elsa could get herself a decent wig. My daughters halloween costume at home is more authentic looking. Just bad business.

Free parking in the rear of the shop. We were immediately greeted by a bridal gown expert who provided us with a private room for gown trials. Beautiful gowns were available in every style - white of course. A couple gowns were a hit and fit amazing. Would recommend the hospitality, inventory and professionalism.
