I live in Nashville and hardly ever have time to drive all the way to murfreesboro to workout for an hour when it takes me about an hour there and back. I have done hydromassage in the past, and I thought it was going to be the same sort of thing that looks similar to a tanning bed, but this was more like an incredibly comfy recliner. You can set the timer for up to 20 minutes as well as the areas the water hits, and the pressure. You can listen to music, watch TV, play games, but I'd rather just relax. They also have a tanning bed, but I don't tan for obvious reasons. Plenty of parking, and really helpful staff/manager/owner? Does anyone know if there is a list AF locations that show who has the hydromassage? I would go out of my way to go to those locations. The showers, and I think the drink fountains are closed right now. Id definitely return! Thank you again Anytime Fitness!
