I couldn't even sleep because it was so itchy, painful, and stinging all over my face and neck. Got misdiagnosed by another dermatologist and I came for a second opinion. He checked my skin with a bright light and confirmed it was a bacterial infection. Seriously thought I wouldn't ever recover... Dr. Oliver is so patient and answered all my questions. He even told me to not worry about my skin. Just take the med/ointments as he said and relax, leave the worrying to him because that's what he does. Within 2 days of taking the oral med, my swelling was all gone. After 4 days of both oral and tropical med, the redness on my face was gone! Seeing a specialist always worries me because they can get very expensive but I am SO THANKFUL that I found Dr. Oliver. His pricing was very reasonable as I pay out of pocket and his office visit price covered the ointments/oral med he prescribed for me. Really appreciate that. I actually just visited Dr. Oliver for a follow up appointment today. Again, he was super patient and answered everything I asked!! Did not feel rushed at all. Was hoping he clears me from the prescribed meds but he suggests to continue for another week just to make sure everything is cleared completely. Still dealing with some lingering dryness and tightness. Hope that go away soon. Cassandra the receptionist was super sweet and helpful as well! They offer water or tea while you wait.
