I did not have to wait at all, which is rare for a doctor's office. I find it difficult to understand the bad reviews for this doctor. That being said, from my experience, I can't imagine she wouldn't take any of my concerns very seriously. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. Nothing traumatizing, but let's just say the bedside manner left a lot to be desired. Well, I think my search is finally over! From the moment I walked into Peninsula Dermatology, I had a completely different experience. The office was clean, organized, and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Now, let's talk about the doctor! Her bedside manner was amazing. She took her time explaining everything in detail, patiently answered all my questions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. That alone made such a difference, especially after my previous experience. I left feeling comfortable, informed, and confident in the care I received. I'm already planning to return in the new year to have a few things removed, and believe it or not, I'm actually looking forward to my next dermatology appointment! LOL. I think I finally found my dermatologist! Sometimes it takes a not-so-great experience to really appreciate a good one.

I first started seeing Natalie at her previous clinic, and when she moved to SkinSpirit, I followed…read moreher here. At every appointment, she starts by really studying my face. She points out where things are asymmetrical, which I usually hadn't noticed myself, and plans around balancing those areas rather than just treating whatever I came in asking about. I've always come away looking like a slightly more rested/youthful version of myself, never like I've had something done. I'll be honest that I'm the kind of client who wants to try everything. If I see a treatment trending on TikTok, I'm usually walking in the next appointment asking about it. Natalie consistently pulls me back. She'll tell me when something isn't right for my face, isn't necessary yet, or is better to wait on, even when I'm the one pushing. At first I found that a little surprising, but over time I've come to really value it. Her approach is conservative and thoughtful, and I feel like she's looking out for my face long term rather than just for that one visit. I'm grateful to have found someone whose judgment I trust this much.

Extremely frustrating experience with scheduling and appointment management…read more This office repeatedly sends appointment confirmations and asks patients to confirm multiple times, yet somehow still manages to change, reschedule, or double-book appointments. On several occasions, I arrived on time for a confirmed appointment only to wait 45 minutes or more before being seen. I understand that healthcare offices can run behind occasionally, but when this becomes a consistent pattern, it shows a lack of respect for patients' time. Many of us take time off work, arrange childcare, and adjust our schedules to make these appointments. The staff may be courteous, but the scheduling process is disorganized and unreliable. If you book an appointment here, be prepared for significant delays and the possibility that your confirmed appointment may not actually be honored as scheduled. I hope management takes a serious look at their scheduling practices because this experience has been disappointing and unnecessarily stressful.
