The staff definitely go out of the way to make it a fun time and make sure that you are enjoying yourself. If you have any problems you can go to them and they instantly handle it for you. The field itself is well taken care of and unlike other outdoor fields they actually take care of the grounds and your not running around in an overgrown field. There is a Pro Shop on site that has an assortment of things that you may need if you forgot something and everyone in the cabin and the Pro shop were very friendly and welcoming.
