In 2001 my dog puked on the floor they were unable to get it clean so they did replace the carpet in 2021. Now we're in 2025 I put a claim in in 2024 and there's like brown spots all over I thought they were stains but it's not it's actually wear marks and I guess this carpet is known to do that. I did put a claim in with the warranty company with engineer flooring and the lady said well you had a professionally clean the carpet but they used a different kind of machine so that's not going to be covered. If you look under the warranty it doesn't specify what kind of machine just professional cleaners which they were and it states it has to be cleaned by hot water extraction which that's how it was cleaned and it's on the receipt.. So she closed out my claim for a bogus reason and completely untrue there's nowhere in the warranty stating it has to be a certain machine to shampoo the carpet under the warranty. So my carpet the whole thing looks brownish gray it's supposed to be just a gray carpet. I had a rug A Little Rock where you put shoes on if you looked up that rug you can actually see the color it should be nice light gray and now it's all brown and I'm embarrassed to have anyone over to my house. I did reach out to the owner rich and he never responded back I also text message to him no respond back. I would advise you not to go through this company because they don't stand by their product if the warranty company is not standing by it then the company should come back out look at your carpet put another claim in at the very least. they just don't care to be honest. Very disappointed because I looked at so many different companies with carpets and I chose them to do my carpet and now I regret it. So just know if you buy a rug from them it's going to where marks all throughout the carpet. So just walking on the carpet if you have dogs or kids playing and they're not going to replace your carpet and they should because it's where marks and in their warranty say if that happens I'll replace the rug. Well that never happened. I would just go to a different carpet company all together one that stands behind their warranty. You're going to end up in a couple years your carpet is going to look like crap with wear marks everywhere it's so disappointing. When the job was finished, they said that if the issue comes back Victor Furniture would fix it under warranty. Well... a few months later, the same wrinkle re-appeared. It took multiple calls to get a response from Amanda, their contact. When I told Amanda they originally fixed it, she said we would have to pay AGAIN. Finally, after explaining we were told it was covered from a repair this year, they agreed it was under warranty, but on the service date no one showed up. They I had to spend multiple calls trying to get someone to come out. When they did, they told me that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. I'm really disappointed with their service.

Due to the limited access and uncertainty of how much damage existed, many companies took one look at it and didn't want to bid it. Tim was able to come up with a plan to create an access, dig out the crawlspace, repair the structure, seal it against moisture, and re-insulate it. His team did a great job in the time expected despite finding more damage than was planned. I had his team come back the next year to fix similar issues in other areas of the crawlspace on a much larger scale. There, we found many more issues that were unexpected including structural flaws and water line leaks. Thanks to his team's broad skillset, work ethic, and knowledge a huge amount of work was done in as short of a time as possible. Tim was also helpful in suggesting options to save time and money on the project by me bringing in side labor apart from his team's work. The house was torn up for this project, making their commitment to getting the job done correctly while also dedicating 100% of their time to my job was invaluable. Projects like these where the amount of work is unknown leaves the homeowner vulnerable to being soaked on cost, work that is incomplete, or a project schedule that drags on and on. I found Tim to be very reasonable in setting expectations as best he could, getting us to a solution, and finding a fair way to set his prices so his team wasn't working for free and I wasn't overpaying.

David Paul Flooring not only sent me FREE samples (No other flooring seller did that! My Exalt Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) arrived right on time and the installation was very quick. No glue or chemicals were needed as each piece snapped together.
