What an amazing office!!from the beginning to the end of the dental experience. I will always recommend Dr.Rohde to others. Worth it.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly, was greeted with a smiling staff, everyone was quite joyful and helpful. Dr. Rohde was friendly and kind. The office is immaculate, and as someone who has anxiety about dental work, I was pleased that the temperature in the office was not too warm, but instead a little on the cooler side. read more

Christian C Rohde, DDS - Endodontists Near Me - Greenbrae, California

Had a tooth with a dying root, needed to be dealt with. Dr Rohde had me in and out of the chair in an hour. While root canal work is never enjoyable, this was pain free and I always felt like I was in the care of someone who was in full command of the process. 24 hours later I was off Tylenol, eating pizza, and had my dental life back. Thank you to the entire team. read more

One of my best dental experiences ever and at 71 there have been many. He diagnosed my problem very quickly but what I liked most was that he sat with me and went over every detail on his screens. Explained the diagnosis and then showed me the how and why of his diagnosis. I had the utmost confidence that I was in good hands before the procedure even started. Latest technology and he knows how to use it. Excellent bedside (chair side?) manner. Clearly a master of his craft. I was seen quickly and the staff are very helpful. read more

Best dental treatment ever! Very handsome doctor, gentle and kind, and can he sing! Painless shots, painless root canal! What could be better! read more

Excellent experience. My dentist recommended Dr Rohde, but we were not entirely clear if I needed a root canal based on her findings. I was able to have the analysis and a root canal in one appointment. The two offices took care of the appointments quickly and seamlessly. I have high sensitivity in my mouth. They were pleasant and thoughtful, resolving the problem quickly with little discomfort. read more

I first came to Dr Rohde for a root canal in 2009, and another one this week. I've had a couple root canals, prior, from another endodontist, with much discomfort. Dr. Rohde and his staff are a delight. My experience from check-in to treatment, to check-out was excellent. He is upbeat, efficient, caring, and checks in with you along the way so that you are comfortable, and aware of the progress. I had no numbness or pain afterwards. He is the best! read more

Dr. Rohde is an excellent professional. I was able to obtain an appointment quickly and he was able to identify and address the issues. I would recommend him without hesitation. read more

To charge extra $500, after root canal he placed prefabricated post for NO reason at all. It's ONLY recommended a post and core procedure when more than 50 percent of tooth's original structure is removed. In these instances, the post helps mechanically retain the dental crown and core. And the most important posts WEAKEN roots. In my case, my tooth had a pretty good structure and only in the middle there was a cavity. read more

Had an emergency root canal with Dr. Rohde and highly recommend him should you find yourself in this position. Scheduling was great and the office is very clean and tidy. My mouth is very small and difficult to access but he managed to do the root canal on the very furthest tooth in the back without causing me any pain. He has the latest imaging technology. I highly recommend Dr. Rohde! read more

Five star root canal, now that's saying a lot! My case was a 10 out of 10 difficulty and I am nearly impossible to get numb. Dr. Rhode was a consummate professional throughout my difficult procedure and got the job done. Highly recommended professional. read more

I'm so grateful for Dr. Rhode and his staff at Marin Endodontics for their utmost care, concern and expertise in performing my root canal. I had been in serious pain for more than a week and Dr. Rhode was willing to come in on his day off to start my emergency root canal which he then was able to finish in one visit saving me both time and money. Having never had one, he explained the procedure, numb my mouth and made sure I was not feeling any pain before he efficiently completed my procedure. I was able to eat most of my regular food by the end of the day and sleep soundly without my toothache. I hope to never again need a root canal but if I do I will be coming back to Dr. Rhode and his friendly staff. read more

Dr. Rohde is the best. This was my first root canal, and first dental procedure other than a cleaning, that I have ever had. He was so gracious and nice, and knew what he was doing. I will never forget the kindness that he gave me today when I went in. We also listened to Steely Dan during the procedure, and that really helped everything. read more

Dr. Rohde performed a root canal on me about 18 years ago. When I learned I might need another one, I didn't hesitate to see Dr. Rohde. He's an excellent dentist with a great personality. His office staff is friendly and competent. For those who wrote that Dr. Rohde charges too much, I have to add that he was $600.00 less than the Endodontist to whom I was referred. Further, if he charged more than what I paid, I would gladly pay him because he's worth every cent of his charge. read more

Dr. Rhode is calm, reassuring, and efficient. I really enjoyed listening to 80s music during my root canal and he did a great job! I had some soreness afterward which was to be expected and he took the time to check and explain to me what was happening with my teeth. Thorough, friendly and would recommend to a friend or family member! read more

Dr Christian Rohde performed a seedless root canal on me, his decades of experience were clearly evident as he explained what he was doing, made sure I was comfortable and kept my pain at bay. He is a class act, with an impressive background. He and his staff were delightful and extremely thorough. I plan on letting my friends s and family know about my experience should they need his services. When it comes to your teeth, you can't compromise. I never recommend anyone unless I standby by and wholeheartedly feel they are dissevering, Dr Christian Rohde certainly gets my vote. read more

Excellent Treatment. Went to see him with pain upper jaw and suspected upper molar. After extensive and thorough diagnostic testing, he determined it was tooth in lower jaw. So grateful for his expertise and skill - painless root canal and able to eat and drink within a couple of hours after the procedure. Great support staff ensured last minute appointment before Thanksgiving break. His assistant and he humming while working added to relaxed atmosphere. read more

So good! As enjoyable of an experience as a root canal can be. Best novocaine shot i have ever gotten - skillfully hit the right spots. Great bedside manner, great diagnostic tools & skills for precision & thorough analysis and treatment. Good rhythm & flow with dental assistant, who was also great. Focused, not a bunch of side talk. Nice music. Professional & tuned in, respectful all the way. Please put your email address prominently on your website so we don't have to go digging for it, for communications between dentists. read more

This was my husband's experience, told in 3 acts: Act I: Check-in. The doctor was highly recommended for root canal work, but out of network. When my husband went in, they took his insurance info, checked the computer, and provided an out-of-pocket estimate of $534. Actual cost (discovered after the procedure)? $1155! Act II: The procedure. The doc spends his time singing and chatting with his assistants about the upcoming schedule, or billing issues, or the weekend plans. When my husband asks that they focus on the task at hand, he is told, with anger in the eyes, to "Shut up." Scary doctor. Act III: The conclusion. As of this writing, three months after the root canal, my husband still has pain and sensitivity on the tooth in question. A completely negative experience and one-star rating. read more

Dr. Rhode has now performed at least six root canals on my teeth. He is caring and so concerned during the whole procedure. I was informed as to what would happen and the next steps I should take. He cares about my teeth and makes suggestions as to what could/should happen. I always feel comfortable knowing he will take care of me. His staff is wonderful and considerate. And, as an added bonus, he plays awesome music! Should I ever need yet another root canal, there is no doubt in my mind that I will have Dr. Rhode take care of me. He is a jewel. read more

Had never seen an endodontist, had only heard the horror stories. Expected to miss work, be taking vicodin, moaning and groaning. NOT. Went right on to work and was r-e-l-a-x-e-d the entire time. Amazing. Amazing. He even made me laugh with that rubber dam and bite block in place. read more

Just had my fourth root canal in the last 10 years with the wondrous Dr. Rohde. On time, 100% effective, very efficient, very concerned about patient comfort, respectful, flexible, and accommodating. Unlike some of the two-star spoil-sports on the page, I find his tendency to sing amusing and sorta sweet. He offers great recorded music to help you relax. Anybody who can make tooth pain like I had stop that fast has my vote. The staff is great, too! Place runs like a clock. read more

I had incredible pain in tooth number what I thought was 12 radiating up to my head and also lower jaw. I went to see Dr. Rohde and he discovered it was coming from 15. Dr. Rodie figured out the correct tooth by doing cold testing. I am so grateful that Dr. Rohde diagnosed and did the root canal on the correct tooth. My pain is gone and I couldn't be happier. I had a root canal this morning. I was expecting to be in pain all morning. NOT! Dr. Rohde is amazing! I had no pain during the procedure! He was kind, efficient, communicative, confident and really put me at ease. It was truly an excellent experience. In my 70+ years I have gone to many dentists and several endodonists. I was reluctant to have the work done as a previous experience on another tooth had failed and I lost that tooth, with another endodonist. I had to have a root canal and it was not only painless but the after effects were none existent. He is highly professional and tries to accommodate you. He uses a state of the art microscope on the area worked on and the images are displayed on a screen in front of you. If I had to see an endodonist, he would be my first choice ! read more

Pam is dead right. This guy never stops singing in your face. Very unprofessional and not a very good practitioner either. He rushes his needles making unnecessary displacement pain and his work is shoddy. My root canal was better before I saw him! And, if that is not enough, the quote was for half of what they charged me. Whatever they say; it will be double that amount. When they call to collect and you offer your poor experience and ask for relief they demand payment. After all that, I had to go to another dentists to straighten this guys work out! Glad I had insurance but still, such an abuse of the system & me! No sympathy, no professionalism, no good. read more

Excellent root canal operation performed by Dr. Rodhe - fast, efficient, and painless - to the sound of Frank Sinatra in the background. Best endodontist ever. Kudos also to his very helpful and friendly staff. Richard A. (attorney, film producer, teacher) read more

I just had a root canal done on the upper left second bicuspid. I come from literally a family of dentists, worked in my dad's office during college and managed a practice in Hawaii for a few years. I have to say that Dr. Rohde is so on top of his game that it was actually fun to watch him and his highly competent assistant work. They moved like a well-oiled machine with hesitation to do the root canal in an amazingly short amount of time plus set a post and seal the area until I can get over to my regular dentist to get the crown prepped. Light banter and music of my choice playing lent a casual, relaxed air to the procedure which put me very much at ease. I would recommend his office to anyone without reservation! Thank you Dr. Rohde! Now I can go to Thailand and not worry about my tooth until I get back! read more
