During the original quote process, we spoke with Kevin and he talked us through their price options. We appreciated that they charge a la carte, because none of the other photographers' packages seemed to fit us just right. We were able to bring them in for the entire day (12 hours!) and spend our money having them there instead of on 5x7 prints afterwards that we don't really want. Overall, they were very prompt with communicating throughout the whole process and were great with both phone calls and emails. We did an engagement session with John a few months before the wedding during a weekend we were in town. We had never gotten a photo session before. John was so relaxing and totally understood our apprehension, and he took the time to show us how to look more natural. Overall, he spent 4 hours with us at 3 locations, which was way above and beyond. On the wedding day, he showed up on time, ready to work. He stuck to the timeline perfectly without being stressed about it. When we went over a bit getting ready, he let me know off to the side and we worked out a plan to get back on track. He brought along an assistant, which meant we had two photographers all day. My single complaint was that during the formal posed photos, we hit a snafu in that people who weren't supposed to be there showed up. I think it threw Kevin for a loop because he wasn't very able to flex. I tried to sneak in a few photos on his list to make the extras not feel unwelcome, but he didn't really get it and they felt a bit excluded. He got a little upset that I was changing things last minute; however, John was so accommodating and great about it that it ended up being fine and we got the photos we needed. My photos turned out GREAT. They even got them to me promptly- I had all of the photos within ten days of my wedding! I highly recommend them!
