After all a wedding is a very important and special day. I got married last year, and did not have a good experience with Erum. After our wedding we didn't hear from her for months. We tried calling, emailing and texting her and finally heard back months after. Our wedding photos were delivered electronically 6-months after our wedding. Our USB drive, with our high resolution photos, was delivered almost a month after that. One issue that I was upset about was the fact that we did not have family formal photos and I as the bride do not have a photo of myself alone with my dress elegantly. I was told later by her that we did not give her a shot list, but it's a wedding... What photographer doesn't shoot family formals? We are taking our family formals with our family this summer, but NOT WITH HER. Honestly the thing that upset me most was the lack of communication and service. Your wedding photographer should respond to calls, texts and emails... Again I really didn't want to write a review, but it really has been bothering me inside...

We had Sam as our photographer for our engagement photoshoot. They all did an incredible incredible job. Got every single shot from every angle possible, found creative ways to shoot us, they were so patient, made sure we got every shot in that we wanted and cooperative. They listened to our ideas and incorporated their own. They were all so friendly and professional! we had an amazing and fun time having them. They used the sickest drone and got really worked hard to get incredible shots of us with the venue and our the supercar that we rented. All our guests kept complimenting how great they are. It's not easy working with south Asian/desi families but they managed it so well. I personally loved TJ, she is such a sweetheart and had helped me put some of my things on when I had nobody to help me (that was so so generous and she didn't even have to do that ). She even hyped me up (the bride) and my husband, to make us smile/be comfortable in pictures. They put so much thought into their work, we're super professional, punctual and friendly. They all went above and beyond, even stayed back after our event was running late and our coverage was over last minute. It was worth paying for that extra hour. We are so so happy with Sam and his team. I only wish the best and success for their career. I went to 4 weddings this year...all they all had photobooth..so by now i'm used to cramming in a small telephoneboothish space and get my hair all tangled up in some smelly props just to squeeze half a face into a picture then you get a somewhat cheesy poor quality of a photo from the photo booth. Hsupreme Services, HOWEVER, is on ANOTHER LEVEL all together: 1. We could COMFORTABLY fit EIGHT people per frame. I was able to photo bomb all large groups. Muwhahaha 2. The picture quality was AMAZING! (I've plastered them all over my fridge) 3. There were many many awesome props to choose from (way more than any of the other photobooths i've experienced), and they were new looking.. even the wigs were neat and pretty! 4. The bride and groom were able to pick the background that was special and meaningful to them verses just a blank background 5. The people working the booth were very professional and they took their time with the set ups to make sure everything was perfect like a professional photoshoot. Seriously I had never looked that good in photobooth pictures. lol. I highly recommend Hsupreme Services, but if you want to provide your guests with a crappy "ghetto" photo booth like most weddings provide, then look else where!! They just weren't like the other wedding photographers out there! Eric the owner from Modern Frames (such a cool guy) was so easy to work with! Unfortunately, he wasn't available for our wedding date but had a colleague he strongly recommended. We trusted him to set us up with Alex. Even though Alex would be shooting our wedding, Eric would still do the editing portion. So we agreed! We set up a few meetings with both Eric and Alex, and both are such laid back, chill and easy to work with guys. We immediately felt comfortable with them. The wedding day was great. It ended up being extra hot, humid and darker than the usual Spring day we've had in DC. But Alex made it work. He also kept a lot of us calm and comfortable during all the shoots. Alex stayed almost the entire day, even though the agreement was that he could leave earlier. But you could tell he really wanted to capture everything perfectly. Let me tell you, hiring them was one of the best decisions we made, and I would do it again in a heartbeat! Communication/Responsiveness: Eric wrote back to our initial email *ten minutes* after we sent it (!), confirming he and Alisa were free on our date and suggesting we schedule a Skype meeting. They were super responsive to all of our questions and concerns. They got our engagement photos back to us in less than 2 weeks, and our wedding photos in 3 weeks. Personality: Eric and Alisa are really nice people and a ton of fun to be around! They made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and they were down for all of my crazy requests (like a giant group shot with every guest at the wedding). The Photos: SO GOOD. We wanted pictures that would capture the feel of the day, rather than looking like a magazine shoot, and that's exactly what we got. My aunt and uncle dancing, grinning ear to ear. And ya know what made Xion stand out…read more Not only did she reply very shortly after the Craiglist Ad went up, she was super responsive after I followed up with her. I can't give Xion a higher recommendation as a photographer. Not only was she responsive, professional, communicative, kind and punctual; her photography talent is impressive. I've used a number of photographers that just wern't great. Either they didn't know how to control the lighting, the photographs were blurry, or the subject content just wasn't good. The first event Xion did for me was my &pizza event and after I saw the amount and quality of photographs, I used her for every single event I could get her for. I probably used her for 10 different events. But, what is the ultimate testimonial for Xion's service is that I comissioned her to take my Family portrait. And it came out beautifully. She is now in between Maryland and Florida to my understanding- and I'm so sad, cause I need to find someone to replace her for regular events. Which will be very very difficult.
