This was a red flag that I did not pick up on. I reached out to Royal Images to express my concerns. All I wanted was for some of the pictures to be corrected or a retake of a few. I was told that I would hear back in a few days. It has been weeks and I've only heard back once via text. All of my calls have been ignored. Yet, my calls were answered RIGHT AWAY PRIOR to my session. Good thing I took more pictures with another photographer that I recommend instead. Do not be fooled by the pictures on Royal's website (how does a professional photographer cut off your feet from a full body photo???) I feel as though I got ripped off. I gave Royal plenty of time to get back to me before writing this review. However, I do not want this to happen to anyone else.
