Best Feature: Decent physicians, they've always done a great job helping me get better…read moreWorst Feature: Long wait time, unfriendly office staff I've been here several times in cases where I wasn't able to see a physician in time and needed immediate care. This was convenient for me, as it was not too far from my place of residence. Be aware - the wait time for this business can be ridiculous. Most every time I've been here, I've had to wait a minimum of 20-30 minutes. The staff in the office has never been friendly to me; regardless of my efforts to remain polite and nice, I never feel like the person working behind the desk is open and friendly. I've seen several physicians here for some emergency medical issues; all of them were incredibly nice, and I felt that, upon explaining my symptoms and/or issues, that they did listen to what I was feeling/experiencing and took that into account when figuring out a solution to my issues. Hours are convenient as well, starting at 9:00 a.m. and going until around 9:00 p.m. Despite my unpleasant experience with staff, I would definitely go here when I need somewhere to go and wasn't able to see my normal physician. They do their job, and I've always had my symptoms/ailments abate after leaving and doing what the doctor ordered.

Terrible place! Doesn't deserve any stars! They won't let you schedule an appointment for a drug…read moretest, they also don't tell you you're going to sit there forever waiting to take it. Then they act surprised when you tell them you have to go. "You can't hold it anymore? Next Tim make sure you're not bursting when you come in, there is a mandatory 20-30 minute wait." Thanks for not telling me this when I called in! Also thanks for not telling me when I arrived and sat there for an hour. Every other time I've taken a drug screen it takes 5 minutes, don't make you sit there for hours while they take people in that require diagnostic work. Ironically enough they have monitors set up throughout the waiting area with a 5 star review (Ha!) and one that says "Don't go to the emergency room and sit for hours! Come here!(What a joke!) STAY AWAY!!!!!

Urgent cares are never fun, but they take most of the pain out of it. Hope your visit is as pleasant as mine.

Ran over to this place during work; front desk staff was kind. I liked the receptionist and medical…read moreassistant. I'd lost my voice and my throat was burning. Spent the majority of time on insurance stuff, paid $45 copay for nothing. The assistant took my vitals and gave me a strep test and a few min later the medical provider (np I guess?), looked at my paperwork, quickly walked out and back in with a mask and spent maybe 30 seconds with me. Said she'd send an antibiotic to the pharmacy. I asked about the strep test and she said it was negative but "who knows, maybe (I) still (had) it." Nothing else. There are signs in the front lobby warning about the over prescription of antibiotics and I feel like that's the only thing these places do. Took antibiotic for 2 days then stopped when I got my voice back and throat stopped hurting. She didn't say anything about the meds or how to take them. I don't know what I was looking for but it was slightly more interaction than that. Didn't tell me to try rinsing with warm water; didn't test for anything but strep. I guess if you're really sick and need antibiotics then go, otherwise there is no point. Our healthcare system is so broken. I pay so much for insurance... it all feels like a scam sometimes.

Paperwork was a breeze and I only waited around 10 minutes before I was in. I was THOROUGHLY tested and treated here. I have been to a few different urgent cares before and some of them write you a script for antibiotics after seeing you for literally 2 minutes (which is SCARY). I got a full exam from a real nurse here and great advice. I was in the exam room for probably 20-30 minutes while they tested everything including my vision! I was thrilled to see this kind of personalized attention. Not to mention how incredibly friendly everyone working here was on a SUNDAY. I'm still in shock. Super nice. Highly recommend. And I got a freaking CARD from them today with a handwritten - hope you're feeling better on it. I'm in love. Hopefully won't have to be back but if you're in a pinch THIS IS YOUR PLACE!

I went in to urgent care today 1/9 after experiencing symptoms extremely common with bronchitis or…read moresome type of upper respiratory infection. I am a self pay patient so it takes alot for me to get myself to a dr. But when I went 4 days with no symptom relief and my mucus turning a bright green I figured I may need an antibiotic. I checked in as normal, I was called back pretty quickly and even though It costs me $150 just to be seen I was at ease to know I would be leaving with some relief. Nurse took my heart rate and bp, and asked about my symptoms. Dr came in and the only follow up question was "are you on birth control?" I said no. Haven't been in years. She then proceededs to do no swabs, no covid test, no bloodwork, no chest xray and tells me i need to go to the emergency room to rule out a clot! we went from zero to 100. Let's not rule out influenza or infectio. But let's make you spend potentially thousands of dollars on a ct scan for a blood clot!! All because I had a stage one elevation in blood pressure. Needless to say, I took my chances and left without going to the er. I think the 4 day embolism would have taken me by now. And left with no medicine or diagnosis!
