Unfortunately this was not a great experience. Called for a rekey of our house, she came on time and assessed the needs and identified needing a new locking mechanism for at least one door which meant she needed to come back. We agreed on a plan. I reached out, we set up a day and time for the rekeying. Day came, time came and no sign of her, reached out, said emergency came up and couldn't say when would be available and would met me know what time she would come. Tried a few hours later no response. Felt at this point there was no confidence she was interested in doing the work. This was weeks ago, no follow-up or contact so she basically went dark on me despite indicating on the day of the visit that she wanted to do the work. read more

Chris is the best! Don't even both with other locksmiths. Locks break at the worst time-- mine went bust the Friday afternoon that starts Memorial Day weekend. Chris was over within an hour and had my lock fixed. My knob and lock are relatively unusual and expensive to replace, so I was really happy that she was able to fix them. She also checked and oiled all of my other locks and showed me how to better maintain my locks given the dust in the desert. Her service was very reasonably priced.
