After calling 911, the officer helped my mom out and the tow truck driver assisted my 75 year old aunt out from a very deep ditch. My brother and I went down the next day to retrieve the vehicle. I had called probably 5 times to understand the condition of the vehicle, figure out how much everything was, etc. They were so nice and compassionate! They never once showed any irritation. We arrived 5 minutes before closing time as my brother was done with work at 2 and had to go home to get his flat bed. We had a 1.5 hour drive that consisted of issues with the trailer breaks. I apologize multiple times for arriving at a horrible time and for them being there after close. They constantly reassured us that it was okay, they never once rushed us or gave us any attitude. I seriously cannot thank Adams Towing Service enough for what they did for my family and how they went above and beyond to help us out!!!!

As soon as I started driving (slowly), both tires started squalling, Yep, front steering sector fritzed big time, and I needed to get an AWD vehicle. The best plan I could come up with was to drive a mile to a dealership near Menard, check their inventory, get recommendations on mechanics in the area, and buy a clean, AWD vehicle. SelectAUTO came up as highly recommended, though they are located in Weston. I requested that they send a wrecker, which they did, and I sailed away in a 2017 Ford Escape. Mike Molitor, the manager, is extra nice, very helpful. It took 10 days to assemble the parts and get them installed. While they were at it, they adjusted and cleaned my brakes. Nicely done! Picked it up later that evening and was told I needed a new tube because the old tube was bad. Paid for the tube and service. Got home and left it in the truck over night. 8/15 I tried to mount the wheel but the tire was flat again so I tried to fill the tire with air with no luck. I found air leaking through the valve stem again so I took it back in to the shop. Granted the shop was closing in 10 mins they told me I brought them the wrong sized tube. I said I bought the tube from them and the service writer proceeded to tell me he could get me a new tube in the morning or put in a valve stem and just fill it without the tube. I opted to have them replace the valve stem and remove the tube and give me a refund for the wrong tube I didn't need. No refund and still tried to convince me to bring it back for a new tube. Said he couldn't authorize a refund of $19. 8/16. I called and spoke to a manager about the ordeal And asked for a refund for the tube. I was given a refund for the tube and service. Appreciated, but a little late.

If you already know what's wrong with your car and you tell them what you want they are not bad mechanics but if you go there and you don't know what you're talking about they will take advantage over you and screw you for every dime. I needed to get my axle fixed and I knew exactly what was wrong with it. I took it there and they told me everything up to my steering column was gone and needed to be replaced. The bill was about $2000 is what they quoted. And they try to convince income for me that everything needed to be replaced when it did not. Everything is just fine other than what I came there for.

I told them And they looked at it and RESET The check engine light and told me to come back if it turns on again. So i left with my car and brought it back the next hour because the check engine light turned on again and they reset again and told me to come back the next day if its still there. So i brought my car back to them the next day, NOW they told me i need to replace catalytic sensors too and i would have to leave my car there because they had busy schedule.. understandable BUT IN NIGHT TIME WHEN I GOT DONE WITH WORK AND I WAS DRIVING PAST AUTO SELECT IN NEENAH I DIDNT SEE MY CAR THERE IN THE PARKING ALOT OR IN THE GARAGE and i could sleep all night knowing someone is out there driving my car pushing on it or misusing it because its NOT THEIR PROPERTY when i confront them the next day about my car not being there lastnight "they kept refusing said they parked it in the church parking alot because their parking lot was full, but wholetime the parking lot wasnt even fully full there was still 3 to 4 car parking spots were empty in the parking alot.. and i even paid for the sensors and have them put it on my car.. so my girlfriend can finally drive my car but the check engine lights was still on.. so i left and brought my car to the bergstrom and They kept my car there for week and test every single part on my car and they said the check engine light is keep turning on because of the bad catalytic convertor PART that auto select put in.
