Since she's licensed in both Virginia and Maryland, she was able to show us houses in both states; she must have shown us 50 houses. Once we found our home, Dawn guided us through the entire process from bidding through closing. Dawn patiently explained every form we signed and every step and every option we had until we closed on the house. We could not have asked for a better teacher than Dawn for our first home buying experience. Later, we finally were ready to move up to a bigger home and Dawn again came through for us. We found a house we liked and asked Dawn to help us buy it. Offers were required quickly and Dawn immediately found us a mortgage specialist who could get us a pre-approval letter for the offer. We had a weekend and Dawn was able to put together the winning offer on the house that weekend.
