I've had the pleasure of using Dawn for both buying and selling a home and I could not recommend her more. We first used Dawn 15 years ago when we were first time home buyers. Dawn was recommended because my wife and I were a little indecisive and could not decide between Virginia and Maryland. Since she's licensed in both Virginia and Maryland, she was able to show us houses in both states; she must have shown us 50 houses. She created a list of improvements we could do that were cost effective; picking out all the furnishing and fixtures to maximize our selling price. She also guided us through Compass Concierge so we didn't have to pay immediately for any of the improvements. After construction was done, she helped us find cleaners to clean the house and a staging company to stage the house. The house was completely unrecognizable; it looked like something out of HGTV. We sold within a weekend, 25K over our asking price. We were so pleased that we also recommended her to my parents to sell my grandfather's house.
