The drivers themselves communicated with me when they were on the way, during their transportation (we booked 2 limos), and upon returning the kids. We did have a small issue with one limo early on where the driver had to call a replacement vehicle, minor inconvenience but again excellent communication and safety standards. Also quickly and professionally provided a small refund equal to, if not greater than, the amount of time lost by the group.
