Needed to use this service to pick up my car from the shop…read more I called and gave the dispatcher my address and where l was going.. l also asked approx. How long before an arrival...she hesitated and just said someone would call when enroute to me....OK... So immediately l jumped in the shower, knowing l had at least 15 minutes... Well, about 10 minutes later as l was drying off, the driver stated he was at my address....l informed him l needed 5 minutes and he said ok.... I appreciated the quick service, but calling enroute means enroute, NOT having the driver call you while at your door. If the dispatcher had said he would arrive in 10 minutes or whenever, l can live with that... The only positive thing was, the cab was clean and very roomy, and the fare was ok and the same as when l needed a cab about 5 years ago to the same location. All in all, this was better than waiting an hour or more and having to call only to be told, "they are enroute" which l experienced, waiting for my car to be towed to the repair shop. Oh, well!

I call them and get told cabs are about 15 minutes away. "Is one of them coming?" I got a great non-answer. "Is anyone coming?" "We can't tell you an eta." "Am I going to be stranded?" "We will be sending someone. Cabs are 15 minutes away." Then a few minutes later, they call and leave a message. "It's going to be an hour." An hour comes and goes. I call again. "We're still overbooked. It's going to be at least another hour." They couldn't tell me that in the first place? I had to call them. Never again. So, if you don't mind rolling the dice, then use them. If you like to know your ride will come at the time you booked, you may want to look elsewhere.

Most fortunately, my car arrived promptly at 0800hrs and I ensured to have all of my bags near the door to prevent any delays. My driver greeted me professionally and we arrived to the airport without any traffic (Reverse Murphy's Law when you depart for a trip on time). The driver offered me the option to accept the "flat rate" or the "meter" and I opted for the flat rate. I paid $68 for my fare and the driver provided me a $10 certificate on my next trip. I had a few recommendations for improvement which I was able to discuss with management. I am confident my recommendations will be fully-implemented. If I ever need a ride to the Dulles Airport I will definitely utilize this establishment.
