When I went back and asked the cashier why the pump wasn't working he proceeded to tell me that it's my fault because I put my phone number in Then he asked me why I didn't tell him I wanted to put in a phone number. I told him that he didn't ask me. He then proceeded to tell me that it is not his job to ask me. So unprofessional and extremely rude. I will never come back to this location ever again. Not to mention the gas pumps don't even work correctly. I had to stand outside in the freezing cold to hold the handle because it doesn't stay put.

One time, i just had my car wash and that very same day i had bird poop all over my car (never park in a parking spot where you see bird poop on the ground!!!) but the next day i was able to go right back in and get a car wash. The staff is very friendly and work hard to clean your car the way you would like. There were times when there were some specific areas I wanted them to give special attention to and the staff were friendly and did what I asked. So disappointing as wash didn't get all the stuff oof and you think it would be caught since they wipe dry your car. I thought going here would be good as I would get full service interior vacuum and wipe down. That was total waste of money. No wonder they try to to sway you to do the hand wash detaiI service up sale. Doesn't mean go skimp on their standard wash. I usually just go to a gas station wash and wipe down vacuum myself. But I thought I'd pay this time so I wouldn't have to clean inside. My mistake.

I entered my code as he drove into the tunnel (which is what I usually do at other car washes). After his car wash finished, I noticed the green "GO" sign didn't light up for me but thought maybe it wasn't working so I tried entering my code in again but it said code was used. I still thought maybe if I drove in, it would work so drove into the tunnel and waited a couple minutes but the car wash did not start for me (that's when I realized he used my car wash). I drove out and found him in his car parked outside so I walked up to him to let him know. He pretended to roll down his window and drove off. I'm assuming he does this often. Luckily, I was able to get a new code when I told staff inside. Five stars because the staff was super nice and resolved the problem quickly. This is my warning to wait until the car in front of you leaves before entering in your code! Definitely learned my lesson.

When I entered the store, I greeted the gentleman working at the counter and simply said hello in a friendly manner. His response was unexpectedly rude and made me feel as though I had done something wrong just by acknowledging him. I asked if there was a problem, and he told me that I was "creating an environment." I explained that I was simply being friendly and trying to be respectful. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I actually ended up apologizing for saying hello, which I found very upsetting and unnecessary. The employee identified himself as Orly. I understand that employees may have difficult days, but customer service requires professionalism, courtesy, and respect toward customers. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or as though they are doing something wrong simply for being polite. I hope management will take this experience seriously and provide additional customer-service training to ensure that customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect. I believe this location has room for significant improvement when it comes to customer service. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the way I was treated. I sincerely hope this situation is addressed so other customers do not have a similar experience. Maybe he's the same guy that works at night because I'm reading the reviews and this gentleman has glasses.. just like I seen him. It might be the same person so beware.!!!
