The community management nor Janna had anything to do with my wife and I not buying their home. It was actually the seller's and their agent that was the problem. The home they are talking about was too large for the lot and it needed to retrofitted to accommodate two mid-size vehicles in the driveway. After the county building dept. had advised me of a solution I then cleared it with the community management. The seller's however refused to allow me and Janna into the home so I could see how the retrofit could be completed. After a number of phone calls and and emails to their agent that were not returned we eventually gave up on buying their home. Janna helped us sell our house on Greenbriar Place and it went smoothly and without a hitch. My wife had Ovarian cancer and it was very important that we move. Janna made that happen with as little stress on my wife as possible and I will be eternally grateful to her for that. Janna helped us find a new home and she made sure that the escrow on the new house closed just one day after the old house closed. This made the transition to the new home seamless. My wife passed away 3 months after we moved and that is why we had no time for unresponsive agents or difficult seller's. Janna was a professional at all times. The seller's agent on our new home told me that Janna was an absolute joy to work with and she hopes to work with her in the future. Janna still contacts me to see how I am doing. She gave my wife a special house warming gift that still hangs in my house today and always will.

There were several problems with the sale - improper repair of walls damaged during the move, removal of fixtures and appliance manuals, unclean house - that were called to the attention of the selling agent by my broker representative. The selling agent refused to respond to his texts and voice mails. He also refused my request for reimbursement of $500 in cleaning costs I incurred in addition to $460 in repairs and repainting. More problematic was the failure to respond to my agent, resulting in a delay of closing while I engaged the services of a handyman and cleaning company to make the property move-in ready. In short, the agent and this real estate company are unreliable and cannot be trusted to comply with their professional responsibility as selling agent/broker to ensure a proper turnover to a purchaser.
