"IF" you are fortunate enough for Maria take or return your phone calls, you will be met with disdain and impatience, as she makes you feel like you are intruding on her time. She never stepped foot into my property until the bitter end when it was too late, and tens of thousands of dollars in tenant damage had already been done. Then she had the gall to insist the ridiculous amount of damage was "normal wear and tear" (normal wear and tear does not cost $40K and 2 months to fix). M-T also did not take any move-in pictures, which I consider malpractice in this profession. She did not look out for our best interests and consistently appeared to be pro-tenant. The cherry on top was M-T's slow walking the transfer of docs, reports, photos, accounting, keys and overall responsibility to our new property manager. If you want someone to just collect your rent and to treat you like you're an imposition, Maria is your go-to person. Otherwise, I believe property owners should run from this company and go elsewhere...you should expect better than having to deal with someone with a chip on their shoulder who doesn't even perform their most basic responsibilities.

I will highly recommend no one goes through this agency as they are crooks and so rude. I attempted to rent through them multiple times and they kept all my application fees along (even though they were screening others) which might I add is ILLEGAL! Please do yourself a favor and never rent from them. Also to add I had 2 other property management companies tell me to steer clear of Call Realty for this exact reason as they hear awful things from their tenants... Jim who originally showed us the house was professional and polite and any maintenance was handled in a timely fashion. 1st complaint that reconsidered my original review and is very typical of property management companies (which they did) was over charging for cleaning and supplies to utilize the entire damage deposit. 2nd Unfortunately we where under the pressure of finding another rental in a high priced market and ended up having with a horrific experience with another property management company who dragged their feet taking 3 weeks to finalize paperwork. I communicated our situation to the RPM owner as we had to maintain residency for 13 days past the anticipated move out date. I was originally told the prorated amount would come out of the damage deposit which was fair HOWEVER I was fed afterwards a sob story of how the owners were desperate for $$ and needed it ( so I gladly paid 13 days worth of rent). In reality the owners weren't desperate for $$ it was a broken agreement and you needed every cent to paint inside and get the home on the market as fast as you can. I understand business is business and rpm being the property manager and real estate agent for the property that maximizing your gains is what it's all about! Just know not everyone is a fool and greed makes you lonely. Last but not least I originally gave RPM 5 stars due to the flexibility and prorated agreement but reduced to a VERY gracious 3 - I'm a firm believer in honesty and integrity which I hate being lied to so lesson learned for me. ** since fair is fair I didn't see any prorated $ my way for the incentive to move out early ** but no worries you can have it - I'm sure you needed it more than my family did**. I'm taking our $9.38 and treating the family to the McDonald's dollar menu :)
