Would give -00000 stars, if I could. Doing this review for my friend/housemate Moland Management is WORST company to work with, if you are a person of color. Kim, the property manager, is a miserable, heartless and a complete bully/ B*tch. Reported them for discrimination and, to the better business bureau. Raised the rent by hundreds in less than 2yrs and the place still looked like a time capsule. There were zero upgrades, even after asking. There was no in unit washer/ dryer, for that price increase. And, god forbid you're ever late. My friend had a hard time paying on time, during covid, when everyone was struggling. She was given a vacate notice and was Kim was ready to kick her and her then toddler out, after living and paying rent on time for 4 years. ZERO compassion was extended. And, what made it worse, she knew (whyte) people who lived there that paid their rent late every-time, without issues. if thats not discrimination, i don't know what is. -000000 STARS!!!!!! read more

Too bad I cannot give them a negative.DO NOT RENT from these people . They do not care about protecting your private information. They store all tenants private information in a garage in an apartment complex where it was broken into and boxes of renters private information were stolen. Moland never contacted any of their renters about the theft or even offered identity theft monitoring. As of today, there are many renters who are wondering if their private information was compromised. I gave my 30 day move out notice. l ended up moving out a week early due to closing on the house was moved back. They charged me for the week the apartment was vacant. I tried working with them to get the matter resolved. Instead of working with me, they turned me into collections. They are scum sucking greedy assholes. read more

We've had a rental run by Moland for over 6 years. They've always been quick to make repairs as needed. We've never had any issues.

They are pretty friendly overall. Been renting for 5 years and I was late on rent once and they waived the late fee. There is not to much parking, but everything else is fine. The only problem I have is with the property manager David, he is not a friendly person and seems like any small task is a bother. Everyone tenant is friendly, you get the occasional old lady tenant who wakes you up at 5AM on Thanksgiving to ask you for kitchen appliances or the tenant who does not care to be a decent human being, but other than that the management company is great read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. During the time I rented from this company I had no problems and it was an overall fine experience. After I moved out of the house I was living in, I received a bill a month later for $3,500 dollars claiming that there was a stain on the carpet in one of the rooms so they had to replace the carpet in the whole house. Complete lie. I had the carpets and house professionally cleaned. They turned into a nightmare to deal with and I would NEVER suggest renting from this company. After reading another review, I will say that my property manager was also Wendy. She had me in tears multiple times and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am a resident at Cyprus Pointe Apartments and have lived here for almost four years, first in a two bedroom and now three bedroom apartment. This is a small complex and is the perfect size for comfortable living. Jeremiah (manager) is always friendly and quick to respond to any questions and issues that can arise in regards to exterior maintenance and/or inside problems. I always appreciate his willingness to listen to any concerns and complaints in a calm professional manner. The main office is also very accessible and super friendly! This was the management company for the house we rented on Russell St in Airway Heights. The staff in the office was ok, but not the property manager, Wendy. In each encounter with her after our move in, she was unpleasant, rude, and confrontational. For example, where a friendly reminder to cut the grass would be appropriate, we received instead a nasty note and threats that we would be charged for a landscaping crew to be hired if it was not done immediately (this was the first notice, not a repeat violation). She had my wife in tears on one occasion who was then afraid to answer the door if Wendy was there. I strongly recommend against renting a property from this company if Wendy will be your property manager, but I have nothing negative to say about them otherwise. read more

I only rented from Moland for a year, I'm glad it was only a year. At first it was fine, everyone was nice and I seemed like we had found a good place for a while. I think the only nice person I dealt with was Lorie(?) in the office. Kim was nice the first time I had been accidently late with rent and I still thank her to this day. Well our manager David was odd. To say odd is nice compared to the words I want to use. Some days he was great, super nice and funny but then somedays I would hate to even see him because he was in a mood. Multiple times he had told us "not to park on the upper parking lot overnight or even more than a few hours" Yet there's multiple families that kept their cars there over night all day and never heard them get yelled at. If you had guests over or if you parked up on the upper parking level he'd look in the cars, hand over his eyes so he didn't have a glare so he can really see. We both had ESAs and we left them at our parents house because David was pretty sturn on the no pet policy. Well he had asked if we had cats due to "a smell from our apartment" I told him no, we have ESAs to but they are with our parents. He then got all offended saying if we have the right paperwork we can have them. So we got all of our paperwork from our doctor, an online one due to schedules not being flexible enough for doctor visits. They did deny us our cats at first. We were pretty upset because at that point they were in Wenatchee (where we moved from) and we just wanted them with us. So a friend of mine said that's not legal and so we did more research into the law and it doesn't have any real specifics so my fiancé called Kim to discuss things and she still tried to fight and deny when the law was in our favor. She was snarky and rude the entire phone call. They did eventually allow the ESAs to live with us. I would not rent from them again, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Well at least don't deal with Kim and don't live at the Spokane View Apartments. They are over priced and the shared laundry is overpriced and the manager is not nice. We once called to complain about him and all she cared about was "He didn't wave to you guys?!" There are way better options out there! read more

I have not had an opportunity to rent from this group but they were fantastic at meeting my requests for information. I did speak w/ Wendy and my exp was very different than the other reviews. Very pleasant and upbeat showed me multiple duplexes in the airway heights area. Since i am from out of town it was nice to meet with some pleasantry. Should i choose this group to rent from it will be in part due to Wendy and her motivation to show places. read more

We have been renting through Moland Management for a little over a year now and i have to say i have thus far had a great experience with the team. We had recently changed to our primary contact Wendy to Kim due to an illness but, the transition was smooth. If i ever have an issue with the property, I can simply call and let Kim know and they have been on top of it every single time. The staff members have been very friendly ever single time we have gone into Moland to drop off our Rent and/or if we needed to have an additional question answered by them. I would definitely recommend Moland Management to anyone looking for a new rental company. Reading past reviews has led me to believe that their was some falling out in some instances but, it all depends on the professional manner, conversation, and level of respect that is gained and returned. Of course i do not know their story or what took place that day but in the end we are all humans and have our ups and downs. I am a very happy renter and will continue to keep renting through them. read more

It depends on the property manager. At one time, I lived in the Charboneau Apartments on 11th and Pines; the managers were excellent. Always on top of everything, if a bit nosey, but not rude in any way, shape, or form. Now, I live in Timber Creek Apartments on 37th and Regal. Management was transferred to them after our manager, Frank (was an awesome guy), retired. Frank worked directly for the owners. Our new manager, under Moland, is a noisy lazy prick. This guy gets upset if you ask him to do regular maintenance and is under the opinion a resident should call the management company who will talk to him. It's been 85+ here on the South Hill during the day, and we've been waiting two weeks on an air conditioner. This manager lacks the mental capacity to run to Ace and buy a plug for the air conditioner that the management company bought a week after the repairs to the one we had didn't work, because whomever this guy had repair it used another broken unit that was in the apartment's shop that Frank used to use. With Frank, replacing an AC Unit took two days. One to try repairs, the next to install a brand new one. This Management Company and it's "managers," are a sad excuse on a whole. If you ever need a place to live quick with decent management, Charboneau Apartments in the Valley have really good managers. Every other place I've been to that Moland manages has been somewhat of a slum. I'm disappointed this place is starting to turn in to a slum because of a lazy prickhead manager. read more

Use at your own risk. These people are in it to make the most money that they can and they don't care how they go about doing it. They show me some houses and I spot a few things (like damages/things that could be repaired) but not a big deal to me before I rent. I just don't want to be liable at the end of my lease how ever long that is for these damages. They promise this won't happen. I rent the house, I note in my file of the promise and the list of damages and 3 years later when it is time for me to move again they suddenly forget what we spoke about. They say I am responsible for the damages we talked about 3 years prior and I noted but they did not. I called them on it and they said no, no we will take it out of your deposit. These people are crooks. I also have to agree with Daniel B. Rude! Every time I called I sensed I was disturbing something and that they had better things to do than speak to me and solve a problem. They think I should just roll over. A power trip going on at this company and the problem is that they do have the power because they have your deposit. So be very careful if you really want to rent a place from them or use as your PM. There are a lot of PM in the area and I would google them first. read more

If I could give this management a 0, I would. Wendy, the crook landlord she is, charged us for everything even if it was on the list as being damaged prior. Also, charged us for all new carpets, I went into the house after we moved out a few months later, no new carpet. Also, it being more than a year later, and the damage costs being paid off, still getting bills from collections for god knows what. So I'll being giving them yet another call Monday. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! We had a huge list of issues, but here is the big picture. they are awesome until their get you in, then they are HORRIBLE! You are an inconvenience if you call for a legitimate problem. Their vendors hate them because they don't replace items and do maintenance like their should, so when issues keep popping up, they get mad at their vendors (and pissy with you when you call back!). They can have great prices and facilities that look good, but YOU WOULD PAY MORE TO LIVE SOMEWHERE BETTER!!! They pick the most ghetto people to live in their places (so your neighbors are awful and disrespectful). AND we got charged for damage that didn't occur when we moved out. DONT DO IT!!!! read more
