When I arrived, the drive-thru line was wrapped completely around the building which usually means a long wait no matter how you order. I chose to go inside, and by the time I got my food and was heading out, both the lobby and the drive-thru were completely cleared out. That kind of speed during a rush is definitely worth mentioning. The bathrooms were clean, and my food came out hot and fresh. The chicken tenders were very small (which seems to be an ongoing trend at Zaxby's), but still tasted good. One thing I did notice and it stood out as a safety concern was that there were several areas of standing water around the lobby. They had the white caution signs out, but it still seemed like a pretty big slipping hazard, especially for anyone moving quickly or not paying close attention. The hostess seated us and mentioned they were offering a pizza bar for lunch that day. She took our drink order and then came back to take our food order. My wife ordered the steak and cheese with curly fries, and I had the cowboy burger with onion rings. My wife said the steak and cheese was good, though the curly fries lacked seasoning. My burger was a little different than expected -- it comes on grilled Texas toast -- but it was still good, just a bit heavy on the bread. The onion rings, however, were very good. We asked our waitress about the pizza, and she explained that there used to be a pizza place across the street that was always busy. The owner of Arnold's also owned that pizza place, and after it closed and became a gas station, they decided to bring the pizza to Arnold's. She said they just started serving pizza a few weeks ago and have been very busy since adding it. One odd thing worth mentioning was the restroom. It was freezing cold, almost uncomfortable, and when you go to wash your hands there's a sign warning about extremely hot water, but no hot water came out at all. My wife said the women's restroom was the same way. On our way out, we walked past the pizza bar. The pizza looked excellent -- very thin crust, just the way we like it -- and they also had spaghetti available. When we're back in the area again, we'll definitely stop in to try the pizza.
