These are all very nice people. However, the therapist (Jayme) was not a good match for me. I came…read morein due to a pain in my upper arm. In the diagnosing appointment the therapist moved from analysis to treatment without telling me. She started deeply massaging my shoulder head and neck and was hurting me. I told her "that hurts", and then "that hurts a lot". And she didn't stop. I finally asked what I should say to get her to back off and she said to say "that's too much". I should have realized then I wasn't in the right place. While the pain in my upper arm quickly went away, each appointment made my neck worse. The massages and the assigned exercises irritated my neck each visit. I asked if she ever uses ultrasound to warm up the area for massage, or ice after. She was not interested in leveraging either of these techniques. She suggested I apply heat when I got home, but that made the pain worse. After each appointment I was experiencing severe neck pain, headaches, some nausea and vertigo. After 6 appointments, I canceled all upcoming appointments. I'm sorry I gave it so many visits before I stopped. Its the first time I've been to a PT where all patients/treatments are in one big room. There was a lot of chatting between the various therapists and clients. I was not confident about the distractions/attention being paid during massages and exercises.

I started seeing her for persistent hip pain when I was about 14 weeks and ended up coming in almost weekly through week 39 because her treatments were so helpful. Like many pregnant women, I had lots of aches and pains in the hips, pelvis, and back, but always left the office feeling better. She also gave me exercises to do at home that helped alleviate discomfort between appointments, and still do now that I'm postpartum. Thanks to my great experiences with Dr Maggie and EIH I recommend to all my pregnant friends that they seek regular chiropractic care. It makes a huge difference and there's no reason to suffer through all the regular aches and pains even if they're par for the course.

I strained my back and got immediate relief at urgent care but needed a rehab plan. I had previous…read morebad experience with Chiropractic so was leery but EIH came highly recommended. Dr. Greenwade is more than a DC. So yes there were a couple adjustments but also detailed assessment of what was bothering me, and prescribed exercises. They will take a whole session to do this. For me everything went good. The problem is when you bring different injuries and everything hurt. Every appointment they will ask how is it going. I would answer the truth. The physicians should encourage keeping so or so plan (I am not the physician. Otherwise I wouldn't be here :)). But they didn't. Instead, they told be it was my fault becauseI programmed visits with 2 of them. I felt as they were jealous between them and they couldn't discuss patients development between the own team. It would have been worst having an app when one of them was available because there were just no appointments available. That's why I programmed as that so I could be getting treatment every week. Really good excercises but I don't know if it's worth it always debating something when you are the patient, trying hard, and being in a health place. Regarding scheduling apps: I guess is the way Therapy Companies work by scheduling 1 or 2 months in advanced. For me would be difficult to schedule with the therapist I am looking because the schedule was full. And then finding an open window with a short notice isn't that easy for me. If you say no a couple of times, they would take you out of that list. So, I didn't know what else to do. Sometimes it was a little frustrating that they don't put you attention from Front Desk to therapists. I felt I had to invest 10 mins every session to update them all instead of discussing the info. BTW we always started 5 mins late. Again, good nice staff :)

I was very happy with the PT therapy that Greg Dixon gave me back in May / June timeframe. After 10+ sessions, my knee was much stronger and more stable. He used a nice variety of exercises, was professional, friendly, and supportive. He followed through on sending me exercises to do on my own. That enabled me to do some biking and hiking in the summer. In the fall, my spouse and I decided it would be a good idea to try to get some ski specific conditioning. We didn't feel comfortable in the gyms due to Covid, so we called Peak Sport and Spine. They have a trainer, Clay Bennet, and a training area that is off to the side of the main PT area. We were able to set up sessions with Clay and just the two of us. We all wore masks and felt safe. My spouse and I were very happy with the Ski Conditioning training that Clay provided. He checked regularly with us to make sure we were working at the right level and adjusted for any physical limitations, such as my knee. We have now been skiing several times. Both of us were pleased with the strength in our legs. My knee is doing well, though I am taking it easier than normal, and plan on doing so for some time. The entire staff, from the front desk and on, are very friendly and helpful. If I have any future problems, I know where I will be going.

What's worse, they don't even tell the customer about it! So, your 30-minute session could end up being billed as 45 minutes. I highly recommend you find an honest provider instead.

I pursued physical therapy with no expectations or prior knowledge of what to expect. Dry needling, similar to acupuncture, was super intimidating to me but Aaron made the process easy. He was friendly, approachable, and ready to answer all my questions. Although I was scared, my body felt safe to relax and the dry needling in my traps made me cry tears of relief on the table! It was the somatic healing I never knew I needed. I found the Synergy PT office from a list of providers accepted by my insurance and was able to book an appointment super easily. The office is located in a small business lot with readily accessible parking. I'm beyond pleased with my results after only a month of treatment. I highly recommend visiting Aaron Lee for your PT needs.

I have used MTI Physical Therapy for two/three separate issues/injuries…read more Shoulder - Years back, I had a shoulder injury and worked with Michael Okada for about 2 months. He was able to diagnose some improper shoulder mechanics that eventually led to my injury and help me through a training program (and education) to strengthen and essentially re-teach my body to properly displace weight properly. My shoulder strength is much stronger now and I also now strength train with much better form when doing chest and shoulder workouts without the shoulder strain I used to get. Ankle pain - I went in for a Running Analysis with Robin McGuire. Two separate sessions, one for initial review and second for analysis and go forward plan. She was able to help diagnose certain areas that were lacking flexibility and strength that were causing a bit of ankle pain even in shorter 2-3 mile runs. With the training and strength program, it definitely helped me increase my runs and eventually get to the half marathon race I was aiming for 2 months later. Hamstring/Lower Leg Injury - Sadly only a month after my Half Marathon race (July 2025), I badly injured my leg/back due during a furniture moving accident. To the point where I was not even able to walk without intense pain or limping for about 2 weeks. I went back to Robin and we had to completely revamp my physical therapy program, as I still had hopes plans to do a Half Marathon in September, October, and then my first full Marathon in January 2026. Robin worked with me great, lots of education and helping diagnose a deeper variety of issues I had going on with my body mechanics that was beyond just the initial ankle injuries. A training program that modified as my mobility and strength built. Needless to say, I was able to do the two half marathons (first one was power walking), and actually run the entire Marathon in January which is impressive once again considering only 5-6 months prior I couldn't walk. The MTI Bellevue office has great hours and its a nice clean facility, front staff is always professional. Sessions always start on time. I highly recommend MTI Bellevue for any physical therapy and sports needs. I think all the team is great. I highly recommend Robin especially for anyone who is working on foundation/baseline for running.

Absolutely Outstanding!…read more I've dealt with patellar instability in my right knee for nearly eight years. Walking down stairs or going long distances was painful, and honestly, I was pretty skeptical that physical therapy would help. But Robin completely changed my mind. From the first session, Robin's expertise, patience, and genuine care were evident. She created a targeted plan to strengthen and stabilize my knee, and over time, I saw real results. For the first time in years, I can walk downstairs and cover long distances without pain. That's something I didn't think was possible. I'm incredibly grateful for her dedication and skill. Robin is simply awesome! Ask for her by name!

Anyway, I called and they could see me the next day! I overslept due to my muscle relaxant and they were so kind and helped me reschedule for later that day! I get there and sign in and do the typical paperwork, etc. I sit down with the owner and he does a full review of my health and my issues. He has me do a few exercises to gage my strength and what to do next. (All the while being genuine and compassionate- I generally prefer female docs for everything, but he was so sweet!) Next he had me do a some stretches. After that, he did a lower back massage. Then another gal came in and did an ultrasound massage. She showed me a few more stretches and gave me a take home sheet. Then I was asked if I wanted a hot pack... Or Jacuzzi..... !! So I got to sit in a jacuzzi for a while..... It even has rubber duckies, hehehehe My back feels better than it has in weeks!! Everyone was SO sweet and caring. I almost cried I was so happy. I go back tomorrow to check progress and next week to continue strengthening my back! I look forward to working with these people, even if it gets painful, because I know they'll take good care of me! Not enough good things to say! (Great location too, easy to get to!
