They have 2…read morelarge, full size basketball courts, an indoor swimming pool for the university swim team, a sauna connected to the locker rooms with showers. And they have just about every machine and free weight you can ask for. Now this gym is a little older, and the equipment isn't in pristine condition, but it's equal to, if not slightly better than any gym you'll find on a deployment. Being faculty at the university, I have free access to the gym and I can get in after hours via my faculty ID. Just swipe it and you're in. That's key, as the employees don't arrive until 0630, however our ROTC PRT program begins at 0600 every morning. The gym is also used in the morning by several of the university athletic teams. They hold practice and strength and conditioning training there during the colder winter months. It's not the only gym on campus, but I believe the facilities in the D1 Dwyer Center are just for the D1 athletes. No worries though, this gym and the university's allowing us free reign of it, is more than enough for our future Army leaders to train in.

Adam Ferchen at Elite Fitness will singlehandedly change both your mental and physical approach. I have trained at numerous gyms and with multiple trainers with moderate success, but nowhere have I been as satisfied as here. The gym has such a unique atmosphere and a diverse range of occupants, anyone will feel right at home. I commute 30 minutes to workout here when I live less than a mile from LA fitness. With flexible training packages and various forms of coaching, you really can't beat this place.

This gym is just money hungry with just a numbered company bank account. So if you forgot to cancel the membership they will still be deducting the money from the account and you won't get single infomation from the bank about where this account is from. After I stopped payments on my account not knowing where my money was going. I get call from the gym to resume the payments. And after the review I again get call to tell all the crap that they have 1000 of members and there are people there for 12 years that don't come for an year but they still pay so they can't keep any track. And told me that either we can do this an easy way or the hard way. And the easy way they told was to pay the due of $22.59 and remove my comment beacuse it was not good for their business because people would this they just want money because that the only purpose of this business. Monica was beyond helpful in getting us signed up and greeted us each morning like we are part of the SF family. I highly recommend Simply Fit for both visitors and locals. Warning to women and minorities at this location: yesterday, 2/22/2026, I visited this location…read moreshortly after 3pm. Upon entering, I witnessed a member of the club (I recognized him), a man about 5'10 in red shorts and a "Trump 2024" hat, harassing a Hispanic woman and her teenage daughter as she loaded groceries into her car. Men walked past this before me and into Crunch, notifying management. After the altercation ended with me, 5'2 29 y/o woman, getting in his face and telling him to "leave her alone" and that she "wasn't doing anything to him," I also reported this to management (it appears they were aware as it was happening and chose to do nothing) I was informed they were speaking with manager, Bella, whose resolution was "there's nothing we can do about it" and this man allowed to stay and workout at this location. This is not his first time harassing another human being, as I was told he followed another member home previously, enraged at him for hitting his vape in the gym. As I was going to leave, the man was sitting in his car in the parking lot for well over 30 minutes. I was scared to walk to my car, not wanting him to follow me. This man is unhinged and dangerous. Management was aware and chose to do nothing. Let this be a warning to any woman or other minority who frequents (or works at) this location, as you are likely working out with someone who wishes you harm and appears to be comfortable acting on that wish. And Crunch is okay with that. The sign on the wall, "We have the right to refuse service to anyone," is proof that doing nothing was a choice by this management team. Safety is not a priority here. "Silence in the face of oppression is complicity with the oppressor." I am very disappointed and will not be coming back. Stay safe and practice good morals, speak up even if your voice shakes

There are 2 different lanes, one is for checking out/exit (to keep the capacity count) and one is for checking in, which your temperature will be taken. I'm so glad that they have sanitizing areas throughout the gym where members wipe down the equipment before and after use. There's also a staff with cleaning equipment who constantly clean, ensuring that other surfaces are wiped down. Thank you for keeping everyone safe. Don't forget to wear your mask!!

Ryan, who is on the maintenance team, is really on point in trying to keep the gym as clean as possible, which is no small task during the winter when there is a constant tracking of snow and salt on the floor; the man is constantly mopping the floor and does a great job at it. Plenty of equipment, sauna, showers, and lockers.
