My Father has been having issues with work done by another dentist for years on his dentures. I finally got fed up after I found out after thousands of expenses, his dentures was still not working. This was Sunday night, so in next morning I did a walk in for Dr. Chen (my dentist), to see my Father. The issue was he needed a new plastic piece / insert, to hold the denture in. And done trimming down of the denture. Not more implants and a new denture! Dr. Chen was a life saver and his work has tremendously improved my Fathers quality of life. He can eat real food again. The coolest thing of the visit is Dr. Chen has a cat scan. He did one of my Fathers jaw, and it produced a 3 dimensional image. This way you can see exactly what is going on. PSA - if you decide to visit this clinic, be on the lookout for suspicious charges made to your account. They were billing me monthly for services I was not receiving and did not authorize. I will never understand how they managed to get access to my banking information because they always gave me the run around when I asked, but they are definitely scamming their clients & would've been successful if I hadn't checked. I have been going to Dr chen's office since 2020 and have had no issues until his new front office staff came in. Not only idd they try and say i owe for a tooth I'd already paid, but today i recieved a statement from my insurance and they have fraudulently claimed they gave me a denture when no such thing has happened. heck!!! i wish i had a denture!!! I came here to get a cleaning and to my surprise a new dentist took it the practice over. This was a pleasant surprise! Dr.Chen is amazing I'm sooo glad I've found an amazing dentist. I've had a few and now I've found one that I trust and that cares. He did a gum lift on me which is something I've been wanting forever! It was painless and fast, I am so in love with the results.
