I met Elsa first, and she gave me a lovely tour of the facility, before taking my x-rays. Jenny, the dental hygienist, was great and meticulous with her work. She would often ask if I needed a break or anything, and she cleaned my teeth so well. I had both my visits with Dr. Craig Jeong, and he was very thoughtful and informative! He explained what he would do and what he was looking at. He helped fix a chipped tooth, and it looks great! I liked that he would check to make sure my jaw and everything was okay during the process. I love that all the staff would often offer water or breaks or anything to help me feel more comfortable during my visit. You also get a cool goodie bag as first time patients too! I was super happy with the results and even happier that they are so close to my house.

They saved my life literally and my pain!! I was being seen at another dentist office. They went…read moreoff an old xray from years ago and what was suppose to be a cavity filling turned into a tooth needing a root canal and crown. They hit my nerve put a temp filling in once the numbness went away I went so much pain! I couldn't sleep I couldn't close my mouth they didn't give any medicine. When I called the next morning they couldn't squeeze me in to fix the pain and issues they caused! My husband comes to San Dimas family dentistry and highly recommended them. I called was a new patient and they were able to get me in same day, take care of the root canal and do the temp crown all in the same day. My pain was wrong. The dr was gentle explained what was happening through out the way. Him and his staff are very honest and explain everything. Being able to be seen as a new patient and have so much work done the same day meant so much when the dentist I've been going to couldn't even do that. I will no longer be going back to them and sticking to San Dimas Family Dentistry. I highly recommend them and promise you won't be disappointed.

You see, the founder of Dentricity, Dr. Paul Chang, was first my mother's dentist, and then he became my dentist, and now he is also my children's dentist... All together, there is over HALF A CENTRY of care from him to me and my family! Over the years, he has helped me from routine checkups to larger issues such as implants. He and his team are always patient and explain the issues, potential charges, and what patients need to know. They do their best in helping you get insurance coverage and their charges have been reasonable. Last year, he helped my daughter avoid an expensive procedure (another dentist claimed that she had cavities and quoted $800 but when we came to Dr. Chang, he took X-rays and they show no cavities). The office is in a great location: very close to the 10 Freeway but not in a busy shopping area, and there's ample free parking. Dr. Chang is also an avid researcher and passionate educator. Co-located in this clinic is a continual education Dental Institute that he founded. Each star in this review is for 10 years of great care and dedication of service from Dr. Chang, his partners, and his office staff!

The office has such a calming environment, which immediately put me at ease. Kiara was incredibly patient with me during X-rays, especially since I have a sensitive gag reflex. She was so kind and reassuring throughout. The front desk receptionist was also very welcoming and had a calming presence that really added to the overall atmosphere. Dr. Chen was professional, kind, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I really appreciated his conservative approach to dentistry--he thoroughly explained all potential treatment options without making me feel pressured.
