There are four sections of food placed at different areas in the restaurant- one is with breakfast items and vegetarian items, an eggs and pancake station, and a lunch items row. The breakfast row had orange juice, apple juice, and water, cereal, fruits, cheese, a lot of sweet items like donuts and cupcakes, which I didn't try but looks beautiful, a wok size halwa, and 4 vegetarian dishes including the channa, daal, aloo, and bhindi. The lunch row had two beef dishes which I didn't get, chicken biryani and rice which were decent, the chicken nuggets and fries, and chicken tikka, chicken malai boti, and the chicken pershawari. The egg and pancake section, the omelette is made fresh with choice of toppings. There is also some ready made sliced egg omelettes and pancake. There was also a chai and dessert area in the corner, and I quite enjoyed the chai. We were also given naan and fried puri. The staff also made a fresh, hot puri for a refill. My favorite were the chicken malai boti, the fried puri, the chai, the channa, and the halwa. The channa was very tasty. Staff was really nice and kept on coming to clear the table. I was very full at the end, and there were many things I didn't try. I did enjoy the food and overall experience, and I will visit again in the future!

One of my biggest surprises in my recent adventures to Sugar Land was finding Naseeb, a seemingly…read moresmall and family owned Indian spot that has been around for many years. Sandwiched between a department store and an ice creamery, it blends in a little too easily with the rest of the strip mall plaza and would be easy to glance over in any other scenario. Luckily for me (#1), I stumbled across their simple, but flavorful lunch buffet and haven't looked back since. The restaurant looks small from the outside and is most definitely a modest interior with very minimal decor (#2) and a handful of tables. The family running the place is incredibly friendly and does a good job of keeping the place clean, replenishing items on the buffet and labeling the items properly. Some immediate standouts included: a wonderfully sweet and addicting mango lassi, a silky yet delicate coconut korma fish curry, a strangely addicting garlic naan that paired nicely with their butter chicken, a nice crunchy kadhi pakora, along with some veggie friendly and delicious chana masala + malai methi paneer. The mixed appetizers were a blend of fried foods, which included a not-so-mini samosa(s) and a very crunchy aloo tikki. While I wasn't in love with the roti, vegetarian spring rolls, or the goat achari, I can tell they were only slightly less appealing due to how wonderful everything else was. I'd happily give these items another shot on a future. Finishing it all off with a delightfully sweet galub jamun made for a perfect ending to the meal. $15 is a solid price in 2025, but I really just appreciate that the food was simple, fresh, and abundant with a little pretension and lots of opportunity for solo dining. ___________ (#1) Trust me, I'm the real winner. (#2) And fabulous sign that reads: "Delight in every bite, but waste not a single bite. - ChatGPT"

It came in 3 pieces and each piece is tender, juicy and flavorful and the spices makes the natural taste of goat not overwhelming. I have a pretty low spice tolerance, and the mild spice is perfectly fine. The other highlight are the Paratha and Halwa. I learned from my friends that even in a foodie city like Houston, its pretty hard to find places that serve good Halwa. Its sweetness offers a nice break from all the savory meats and paratha. The staff here are all very nice and made sure our napkin stack and water is always topped off and the restaurant overall is very clean. We all had a great experience here and can't wait for another round in the near future!

Basically, you order and pay at the cash register and you tell the cashier what you want on your bowl and then they build it for you in the kitchen area. I loved the variety of ingredients and the employee was friendly and didn't rush me as I tried to figure out what I wanted on my bowl. I also added a single side of pita which was under two dollars and quite delicious! I believe for the standard chicken (no upgrades) grain bowl it was around $13.
