Buffet food was great!! Food was hot and fresh nothing was bland. Naan was fluffy. Staff was friendly and asked how the food was. Next time I will ask for extra picante in the side. I honestly have no complaints. *tandoori chicken was cooked perfectly with lots of flavor *butter chicken had bite size chicken pieces in a savory gravy *rice was fluffy not dry. It had a very light flavor to it * pannier was DELICIOUS Def will come back. Price was so worth it. It was cold so next time I'll bring a jacket but I'd rather be cold than hot.

Lunch buffet is back!!! The food was delicious and exactly what I was craving. We had Saag Paneer, Chicken Tikka Masala, Tandoori Chicken, Aloo Samosa, and Mango Lassi to drink along with some Chai. It's super hot in Houston right now but this is great comfort food! Definitely get your Indian Food fix here! Sumair is the sweetest host!

garlic naan, rogan josh, tikka masala, basmati rice

Been frequenting Naseeb for a number of years now (post-buffet era). I've found that the food is very good, prices are reasonable, and the restaurant is usually pretty quiet as tables are always available upon entering. Personally, I enjoy their vindaloo, mango lassi, tikka masala and rogan josh. The garlic naan is perfectly crispy outside while soft inside. The basmati rice that also comes with the curries/stews is light and fluffy, very fragrant. I've only ever gone during lunch for dine-in and to-go, and there is one lady who works the front. My interactions with her have been fine as she is quite assertive and tends to repeat herself, which has rubbed some other folks the wrong way. But all in all, I absolutely love this little place for Indian food in the SL area.

Tandoori Chicken

We ordered ahead online via the Clover app. It was our first time ordering Indian food take-out and it was fast and easy. We had tandoori chicken, chicken tikka masala, chicken biryani, garlic naan, and saag paneer, and chicken samosa. We ordered for 4 people, but it was so much food, we will have leftovers for lunch AND dinner. The food was flavorful, perfectly seasoned and spiced, and delicious. I've made Indian food at home, but this was my first time eating it from a restaurant and it was delicious. Will be coming back for more!

I enjoy this place so much! They have been my "go to" restaurant when I want a meal I know will be filling and delicious. They put their time and quality into each dish they make. Shrimp curry and chicken tikka masala are our go-to. The chicken korma and their roganjosh are delicious as well. Aloo kulcha or garlic naan are our favorites as well. I loooove their aloo kulcha. Service is great, we enjoy dining in or ordering to go. Either way, it's always a win when we pick here to eat.

Went for lunch. Quiet location. Portion was a little small, but the price was pretty decent for what I ordered. Taste of the butter chicken was a bit sweeter than I am used to and pretty thick and the tandoori chicken was sizzling coming out... Food took a little while to get to us. While I wouldn't mind eating the food again, I don't think I necessarily recommend this place due to how unwelcoming it felt. Not that there was any rudeness. The lady was pretty polite. But her face was really like giving off vibes that she didn't want anything to do with us or the food. That combined with the slow service makes it really a poor choice when you have a limited lunch hour.

I did not enjoy this place. I love Indian food but this did not cut it. The food was mildly warm. Under seasoned. I had high hopes for it but... underwhelmed.

They prepare good food, and the amount of it is generous (do not change that!,). I love the palaak paneer, and the samosas.

Out with 2 teenage boys, whom by the way, 5 star ratings are for restaurants worth visiting more…read morethan 2 times... With that said, absolutely loves the flavors offered here! We ordered the goat, spinach, some chicken and some goat rice as seen in the photos. Official names- Goat Biryani, Potohari Goat Karahi, Aashik Beef Kabob, Palak Paneer, Classic Chai and Garlic Naan BUT!! the one thing is appetizers coming out the same time you order a main meal- normally I would subtract a star... I love the classic chai because it's not sweet and great ratio of milk to tea. You can choose your spice level on dishes and also note that all goat items have bones. The ambience is very cultural, colorful and peaceful. Quick service and comfortable seating. Our waitress was also kind enough to explain the different dishes and sauce bases. So don't feel intimidated and definitely come hungry! yummy!

We had the family garlic naan I forgot which karahi but the chicken breast with a cream based sauce, mango lassi, chole (chickpeas), lahori fish. It took me this long to go because I kept looking at their prices and couldn't justify, but don't be like me and let it scare you away. The portions are definitely more than enough for 2. They are not stingy with their portion size. Looks like their weekday lunch prices are pretty decent so I'm going to have to go back for that for sure. Pretty much everything we had was great. I will say next time I want to try a more traditional tomato based Karahi. Family size Naan was $10 it's probably like 3 regular naan super fluffy not dense so it's easy to eat. Chole was perfect great flavor all around chickpeas were soft. Mango lassi was good but I think it was too heavy for me so I may pass on it next time and leave more room for food. Not sure what kind of fish they use for the lahori fish but the flavors were great, I feel like it should come with fries and I wish it was another type of fish but otherwise on point. The Karahi was chicken breast, really good flavor if you are introducing someone to Pakistani food,it's cream based so it's milder but still has great flavor. My bill was around $87 and I definitely had leftovers. I suggest not going alone if you are getting off the regular menu and not weekday lunch.

As I said, the dish was good. The rice was perfectly cooked, and the paneer was above average. Unfortunately, the portions were small and I did NOT consider paying over $20 for what you see in the pictures a value for my money. This is one of my favorite dishes. I've had this dish hundreds of times over the past 30 years. I found the paneer a tad bit spicier than I like, and it led me to wonder was that a mask to cover some deficiency. I sampled the dish prior to leaving and noted. Something was missing regarding the flavor profile. Unfortunately, I can't identify the missing ingredient.(s). I called and placed my order and it was ready at the time quoted. I was promptly greeted when I entered the restaurant. In my opinion this restaurant does not offer value to the prices they charge and servings offered. GN3

The restaurant felt very clean (something you can't always expect at an Indian restaurant). Service was friendly. However, I thought the food flavor was just average. I enjoyed the pakoras but the gobi manchurian flavor was too sweet for my taste.

The chicken was undercooked to the point it was still red, and was obviously inedible. As if all of that weren't bad enough, it had a toxic odor to it, like plastic had been burnt in or near it, or worse. It was just inexplicably awful. Two other dishes were mostly oil and water with almost no flavor at all. Easily the worst Indian food we have ever tasted. The interior is really well done, the colors and design is very contemporary and tasteful. I guess it raised my bar on what to expect. It was really hot outside there's constantly excessive heat warning when you drive. Yogurt based drinks like lassi and buttermilk are kind of go to drinks at this time ( buttermilk more than lassi but I didn't see it on the menu) so we ordered lassi. In the starters section of the menu they have both Indian and Indo-chinese options and some new ones too. We got the beet corn patty chat and the Chilli Paneer. It took forever for the starters to come but when they did, it was hot and tasted great. The right crispy, the right spice, and got our hunger working. Then came the lassi- it was.. stale.. ya, that's the right word, we ordered four types and none were good. I will NoT recommend it. For main course we got jalapeño stuffed bullet naan, butter naan , roti and one North Indian thali. The sides we chose were Lasooni paneer and Veg Kolhapuri. Lovved the naans. They were fresh and soo yummy. My fav was the bullet naan. I went ahead with rice and dal from the thali as I had a sort of craving. Half way into the small bowl I developed uneasiness and that happens if there is too much soda in the food- which, am guessing m, there was. And I had hardly eaten 10 morsels. Not a good sign. For dessert, there was jamun that came with the thali and the manager also got us complimentary mango mousse, both were delicious. I would probably go again for their naans and starters.
