You will never think about stopping to eat here if you are not brought by a person from the town. When my boss took me the first time it was for breakfast and my first expression was... Holy cow!!, when i saw a medium Pyrex jar full of melted butter in the griddle. You did not have to be too smart to know that "the golden liquid" was going to be use in the preparation of anything coming out of that griddle... from the pancakes, to the hash browns and toasts. The woman working behind the counter's name is Louis and she is super polite and with good spirit. She welcomes you with a smile even if you are not one of her usual customers. This is not a place to come if you want to eat something healthy but if you want to experience what is a good American breakfast in a small farm town... you should try it.
