I gave her a nice tip because she definitely deserved it, but I'm still very disappointed in the one they started me off with. I chose hot stone as my elevation and it was absolutely the best thing. And big shoutout to Dina, she's amazing. She asked where I would like her to focus on more and she would always check to see her pressure and the temperature. I was really sore because I do exercise a lot, but the message reduced the muscle tension. And everything was perfect. My muscle was very relaxed Highly recommended, and I would love to go in more frequently. My only complaint is that the therapists seem to work on a tight schedule, meaning they only have exactly 1 hour with each customer. If you happen to arrive late then you will have a shorter session. And even if you do arrive on time, the therapists have to end a few minutes early to transition to the next customer. I really hope there can be a 10-15 minute delay between each appointment, so customers have truly have their 60 or 90 minute session. Also, for the therapists to take a short break.

I removed 2 stars because I brought my bestie with me and I paid for her services and mine. When I provided an additional $40 as tip the woman who provided services to my friend scoffed at my tip. I already paid for the services and provided gratuity because I wanted to show appreciation for the staff. To be scolded and have the woman say something in another language and show obvious upset was very unprofessional, hurtful, and embarrassing. My friend didn't want to tip her at all because she said the woman was not listening to her requests to use lighter touch and she mentioned her masseuse did not rub her shoulders which we explained was an area of need at the very beginning. Lesson learned, I will not be bringing guests moving forward. Paul is my masseuse and he's got great hands, he's through, and always allows me to tip what I want.
