Chosen Chiropractic is a very professional and friendly office. Dr. Cho has helped me unravel my hip and knee issues. I've been a work in progress. With the regular adjustments and keeping up with my exercises, I've progressed to maintenance. I don't have an athletic background or know the technical terms, as Dr. Cho is the best chiropractor I've seen. What I do know is - he does what he does and I feel better afterwards. Staff are equally friendly and helpful. I live north of Seattle and travel to Bellevue to see Dr. Cho. The benefits outweigh the commute time and gas. Dr. Cho has been my chiropractor since 2016 and wouldn't allow anyone else to care for my adjustment needs. He takes time to not only care for my physical well being but checks in emotionally to see how I've been. Everyone in our family has been cared for by him and we all feel cared for when visiting. Ive been getting treated by Dr Cho for a few months now and i gotta say this is the best experience i've had with a chiropractic office. Dr Cho has been very involved with my treatments, targeting exact spots where i need adjustments instead of just adjusting my back and getting that pop. After over 11 years of loyally seeing Dr. Cho, I found myself let down and realized it was time to move on. At one point I felt like my overall health, and well being was important and as though Dr. Cho wanted to help me....Sadly, within my last year of receiving treatment I started to feel like my visits were very cookie-cutter like. I no longer felt like my overall well-being was important anymore. I started to feel as though his success made him too busy to put in the personal time to care for his patients. I also found throughout the years that Jennifer, became much less kind and less approachable. Many times I found myself feeling like I needed to walk on egg shells when speaking with her because I was afraid that her tone would get sharper, and she would start to talk down to me, as she has in the past. It has been about six months since I have had an adjustment from Dr. Cho, it has been very difficult for me to come to terms with the lack of patient care that has developed and move on. This was someone who watched me go through enormous life events including graduating high school, graduating college and many other things. At one point, as a patient, I was treated as though family. I witnessed this with other patients as well and it was a wonderful feeling knowing that you were really cared about and cared for. As I mentioned it has been over six months since I've had an appointment there, and I have not once been called to see if I'll be coming back in or to check in on me. This is one of many examples of where the patient care has fallen to the back burner. In the past when I would miss a week or two, or forget to schedule, and I would get a phone call asking me when I wanted to schedule, and checking in to see if everything was OK. As someone who has been so unbelievably loyal and has recommended people to this practice, I am extremely disappointed, let down, and hurt by this. read more

Dr Cho is AWESOME!! He is extremely thorough with his assessment; (holistic) - he doesn't just look at my symptoms, but he looks at my whole body in terms of my symptoms, and sometimes the problem is not where it hurts! Treatment works~ I always have improvement in my movement, comfort and function. One thing that I love is that Dr Cho always provides me with exercises that I can do at home to maintain function. Because I don't always remember the exact exercise(s), he videotaped me doing them in his office on my phone so I could do the right exercises in the right way to feel better between visits. My husband visited Dr. Chosen about 4 years ago for treatment of some back issues due to the many sports he participates in. He was treated very well by the doctor and his staff and his pains were taken care of. Why the one star rating? We just received a collection letter from his office after nearly 4 years of not hearing from them at all. Supposedly we have an outstanding invoice but instead of contacting us directly, they sent us to collections. Either Dr. Cho needs to get more involved in his financials or they need to employ better customer service in their accounting department. We always pay our bills, on time and in full. If they believe anything was missed, it would have been much more courteous for us to have heard about it directly from his staff, don't you think? Due to this incident we are unlikely to return to this clinic as patients. It's really a shame. read more

I've been going to Dr. Cho at Chosen Chiropractic for about 6 years now. I trust Dr. Cho completely with my care, especially as an athlete. Dr. Cho has helped me overcome a back injury and multiple ankle injuries. One time I sprained my ankle playing soccer (not uncommon for me) and waited too long (months) before seeing him. Within one treatment, I was back running again! I know not all treatments work in one session, but the adjustments Dr. Cho does helps my body get back into alignment and function well. I came to this Chiropractic office about seven years to treat a minor back issue I had back in high school. I remember receiving dedicated treatment every time. At the time, the lower prices, compared to other competitive chiropractic offices in the area, were appealing to my Mother who wanted to find treatment under a budget. As before, Dr. Cho exceeded my expectations as my doctor. He meticulously examines every patient, consistently asks questions, and makes sure he handles each patient individually. He realizes that not every patient has the same problem, so he designs a treatment plan catered to your needs. I have had a knee pain that had been lingering for a couple of months and it was really bothering me because whenever I would go for a run it would start to hurt so bad I could only make it a mile or so. In my first visit with Dr. Cho he was able to identify that my knee muscle was overcompensating for a lack of muscle strength in my hips and glutes. He also discovered that my hips were out of alignment. After adjusting the hips and giving me some physical therapy exercises, and meeting twice a week for two weeks, I have already had no reoccurring knee pain when going out for a run. Dr. Cho is so professional and he worked with Sounders players for many years. He himself is an avid soccer player so he really understands injuries with athletes. Dr. Cho is simply the best. My mom and sister have been going to him for years for a variety of issues. Dr Cho is really amazing! I had a chronic hip bursitis problem that had gone on and on for 2 years. I walked (waddled) because of the pain, and that made my knees hurt. I couldn't sleep. I had been to sports med doctors, other chiropractors, who didn't help at all, multiple PT visits, did my PT faithfully, took lots of Ibuprofen and iced it, no change. I am an older woman who wants to continue to do sprint triathlons and was really thinking I was going to have to quit something I really like to do. After the first visit I slept through the night, no pain! It has continued to improve after each visit and I am going to be able to begin walking again soon. I went in to see Dr Christian Cho for knee pain which I have never had before. Dr Cho asked every question about my exercise and work routine, tested out my pain and mobility in every limb to truly understand my muscles and bones. He quickly came to the conclusion that my hip was rotated causing my knee to compensate for my entire body being a bit crooked. A neck pain is not just neck pain. I have been going to Dr. Cho for about 8 years to receive treatment on my back and neck. At a young age I started cracking my own neck and back which left me with regular migraines and extreme back pain, so much to the point where a deep breath was painful. After seeing Dr. Cho I started to have fewer and fewer migraines until they completely stopped and my back pain disappeared too. I played lacrosse all throughout high school and college and every time I tweaked something or had any pain I went to see Dr. Cho and left feeling infinitely better.
