I say this because kids are little people who deserve just as much respect and understanding and communication as adults do. If this isn't enough, let me tell you about their loaner area. If you for some reason need to borrow shoes because of finances or your child forgot theirs... they have an area dedicated to this and you can donate your little ones shoes that no longer fit them. We have watched and been the recipients of her kind, loving, and generous heart. She has built wonderful studios that are a safe place for our children to not only learn and grow as dancers, but also grow into confident young women. She has continued to evolve her studios, offering new and current styles of dance while always keeping that personal touch. Her teachers are professionals in their own right and help our children learn, create, and thrive. I first started out ballet only as an alternative to pilates since pilates lessons were so $$$. But now, I am SO happy I tried out ballet, because it turned out to be so much fun and a really good workout. It's been over 6 months since starting ballet, and I've not only been shedding the pounds, but my overall body shape changed to be much more gracious, slender, and longer. Ballet is also more than a workout, it's a form of art. I get to express my feelings and dance my stress away each session, so it has been extremely therapeutic for me as well. I can feel myself growing into a mentally & physically healthier person. Jean Ballet is the oldest ballet school in ktown, so it is credible and proven. Jean teacher (and other teachers in the school) are one of the most passionate people you'll meet. Jean really sees her students as more than just a number, she forms a personal relationship with each person and helps them to strive to be the best. She doesn't force anyone, but leads by example. Although i have started ballet as a hobby in my 30s, I am getting better at it slowly and steadily. Sometimes I feel bad cus my body just doesn't move the way she instructs, but Jean teacher is always patient and really gives her best to correct my forms and posture. I am so grateful for that. I never imagined I would enjoy ballet, but now I can see myself continuing this hobby well into my future. Many adult students here have been continuing ballet for like 10 years, and I can understand why. It is addicting in a way. I totally recommend Jean Ballet to anyone who wants to challenge themselves and grow as a person, while developing a beautiful physique!
