The ordering flow was also a little awkward... after building your order you end up waiting at the register while the food is assembled, which slowed things down more than it needed to. Food-wise, my wrap ended up being really good but there wasn't an option for a plain wrap, so I went with the cucumber wrap instead of whole wheat and it actually worked out great. Overall, it was a good meal, but if I'm choosing between salad spots in Charlotte I'd probably lean toward Chopt most of the time.

Since the food is good I still order. I was thinking that maybe the online ordering time frames are off so the last few times I waited 10 minutes after my order pickup time before heading over. Guess what? The food still isn't ready. And not only has it not been ready but it hasn't even been started. You might be thinking that this is because they are busy. Nope.
