She even texted me to let me know she was running a little late due to another customer and wanted to offer me some extra time. She made it all work in the end and my color is perfect for my skin tone and hides the gray I was hoping to cover. My cut was so complimentary to my face and I've got lots of unexpected compliments. Not only that, the conversation was really meaningful and authentic. I felt like I was talking to someone who genuinely cared about my experience. I recommend Steller to all my friends and the few that have already gone have also loved their hair and the ambiance. Frankie was super patient and open to my ideas and hesitations and helped me zero in on my perfect cut. My partner and I went in the same day to get our haircuts and were both so happy. Since then, I've been back for my free bang trim, it was just as reinvigorating as the original hair cut appointment. The music was 10/10 and they treat you like an old friend! She listens to you, she is a perfectionist, she is thorough and she's just the best at what she does. I went in there with a ombre/balayage. It was growing out and looking a little brassy. I asked for a cut that would fit my lifestyle: mom, no time in the morning to get ready and easy to style. I also asked for a balayage that would look natural and grow out to look naturally too. I don't have time to go to the salon every 2-3 months like my younger days. Sarah gave me the most beautiful color. When you go close up to my hair, the colors blend together like boyz 2 men singing a harmony. It was insane! The person who did my balayage before, did a good job, but Sarah did a perfect job. She gave me a cut that compliment my face and lifestyle. I walked out of the salon that day feeling like a million bucks. Not to mention I got stopped so many times by people, telling me how they love my hair and that I looked like a famous person (but thats another story). Talk didn't seem force, it flowed naturally. She's funny and extremely friendly. I would recommend her. I already told my friends to go see her. Her prices are reasonable. I just love her!!! She tells you each step what she's doing and at the end she gives you a mini lesson on how to style your hair. Who does that??!!! I love sarah and will continue to see her.
